Red Lobster

Garbage restaurant. Not busy, but food still took over an hour. Workers sitting outside on balcony smoking and hanging out. This is one of the grossest places I have ever eaten, and I've ate in 3rd world countries. Just gross, won't be back.

There seems to always be a wait to get a table here (up to one hour). Food is okay. The dishes could be cleaner.

Took the fam to Red Lobster in Columbia, such amazing food and service! I want to give a shout out to Saniya, who was our server. She was very sweet ,attentive to the children and always had a smile on her face , Thank You!!

My family and I did a to go order for dinner this evening and I was blown away at the customer service we received! I spoke to the general manger Linda as I was waiting on my order, she was so courteous and professional! I also spoke with, I believe her name was Jessica, who was another manager,also very nice and professional, as I looked around the restaurant, it seemed as it was running like a well oiled machine! I don’t want to leave anyone out that I had contact with, so let me mention Jordain the take out person, who greeted me with the biggest smile that made my day!! These ladies are a big asset to this company, could not have asked for a better experience, even if it was just a take out order.

I went to the Red Lobster on Two Notch Road this evening for dinner and was immediately greeted with a smile and no wait time. I was starving and ready to eat. My servers name was Nicole, who was knowledgeable about everything and gave me the best service with a smile! I enjoyed the conversations with her , she was very sweet and catered to my every request ! Nicole is such a gem!
