Unfortunately there was a B rating on the door so we almost left without eating. The food was very greasy and the service was subpar.

Service was good, but food was awful. Food was over cooked and cold when brought out to our table. There was nine people in our part and everyone's food had to be sent back except for one person.

Nicole was the absolute best waitress ever, my food came out on a hot plate, but my food was ice cold…I couldn’t eat my loaded mashed potatoes because they was so cold, my lobster tail was tough & cold, crab legs was cold & flavorless…the only things were good was my broccoli with cheese & the shrimp scampi…Nicole was so attentive & made sure we were good & because I don’t send food back when done wrong she offered to give me broccoli with cheese & another lobster tail to take home…she was the best ever!!!

Dec 15 at Red Lobster was definitely interesting. It was a last minute idea to celebrate my Wife's Birthday. We are arrived and we were quickly seated. Nicole our waiter was fantastic. Nicole was training a member of the staff. She handled us and the trainee extremely amazingly. She was so courteous and made you feel so warm inside. Side note our section of the restaurant was really chilly. Nicole and the trainee were cold also. My wife really enjoyed her meal which made the chill shatter because she really was happy with her order. Thumbs up for the evening and Nicole. But there is no ambience at all in Red Lobster. Time to rethink and remodel.

Food was fresh and delicious..!!! Our server was great until the end he kinda got distracted with a party but still should have taken care of our ticket before instead we had to walk to the bar to pay . But experience was overall a 10 outta 10
