Trash on the floor, poorly maintained. Food was of the lowest quality. This is the issue with chain restaurants, just go to a mom n pops hole in the wall. They over price items that look great on the menu but become flavorless poorly cooked products on the table either 1 cooked by teenagers or 2 tv dinners warned up and served

Yeah! Let's close up shop! For an 80$ tab and for the food to be worthless..smh smh smgdh..I should have went to the back of my freezer and heat up frozen waffles. Please take snow crabs off your menu if you don't know how to STEAM crabs. My order of crabs legs took a soak in water.. so I'm just eating mush. Next presentation is everything why would you put something fried in the same tray with something wet? The crispy potatoes were burnt to the point i can taste it in my mouth and they put the crabs legs in the same tray with CRISPY potatoes.. you also placed fried shrimp in the same tray with crab legs... please make it make sense while I'm smh....and the cheddar biscuits cool? How your site indicates 15 minutes fresh biscuits but I get cool biscuits? that should be the last thing you place in the bag when the customer indicates that they arrived. I wish I could return this back and have them eat it since I don't like wasting food.. horrible... hence why I prefer cooking vs eating out.. always disappointed

We ordered 2 waters, a margarita flight and two specials of the day. We got nothing. The booth across from us even told the waitress that her and her daughter had gotten everything (was only seated 90 seconds before us) and we had NOTHING yet and that she should fix it ASAP- she looked and then disappeared. We left. We were there at least 40 minutes and got NOTHING. My baby was starving, we went across the street to Olive Garden and got served immediately. The waitress there said it happens frequently.

Food and service was horrible. Was seated and waited 10 min for our hostess to come take our drink order. If drinks took 10 min then you can imagine the food wait.

Was on a date night with the wife. Nicole was a great server tonight. Linda the manager was extremely nice when coming by to check on us and see how things were. Great people working. Enjoyed our time.

My mother and I LOVED our waitress! She was so bubbly and got us everything we needed for our lunch. Clean restaurant overall. Food was delicious for the both of us. 😊
