I was really disappointed in the level of service that was provided today at red Robin in Harbison mall for this to be such a busy location. They were highly understaffed The appetizer came out cold. The manager was not very apologetic. The server however, was nice, but she was overworked because she was attending the bar and taking orders as well. I haven’t eaten at this location in a very long time and I doubt that I’ll be going back.

The atmosphere wasnt bad as far as decoration but the service was terrible. It took more than 40 minutes to get our food. Fries were cold, ordered an extra order when our food came out and it took more than 20 minutes to get them. The hostess was doubling as a server helper. 3 waitresses, 10 tables with people at them and 5 tables covered in dirty dishes from prior guest were left sitting for a half hour by the time we left. We were excited to finally eat red robin again after it being a couple of years and now were left utterly disappointed. It shpuld not take more than an hour and a half to get 1 cheese burger, 1 chicken sandwich and 1 children's mac and cheese.

I went for a 9.99 Burger. It wasn't very tasty. They used to be much larger!! This facility was at the columbiana mall and parking was rough!! I went during the week. It's probably worse on the weekend!!

I was treated like absoulte crap, table for one took forever to get and all I wanted was some fries. I was never served but however the host got me fries and I tipped her $5 for her hospitality. I'm pissed and won't be coming back.

One of if not the best cheese burgers I have ever had. Large and just right for a big lunch. Will order this again. Great work store #577.

I know they were short staffed but I had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come take my order. I got a water a martini and a burger. When the Burger finally came out it was somewhat cold and I had to ask for my martini again. She said no problem then I waited another 10 minutes and the serve came back and told me they couldn’t make it because they had no glasses for it. I came in about 2 weeks ago and the server just made it in another glass, so I asked if they could do that. The serve just told me the manager said not to make it. Also food was left on the table next to where I was sitting before I came in and had started to smell pretty bad. I work at the mall this location is in and liked to stop by before going home sometimes but will not be doing so for the foreseeable future.

Tried to go here for my son's birthday dinner on a Sunday around 5PM. They were only seating people AT the bar, so we couldn't be sat since my kids are younger than 21. Very disappointed in this experience and truly unacceptable.

Definitely my go to burger spot when I’m at the mall. Much rather eat at red Robin and then go over to Dave & Buster’s. They definitely have Dave & Buster’s beat when it comes to the food. The weight staff are generally friendly no big complaints there. Everything tends to come out in a timely manner, depending on the time of day you go. The atmosphere for it being located in the mall makes you feel like you’re not. all in all would definitely go back.

Everything was SO wrong in every way possible,just walked out!😤

I love the food at red robin.. BUT this location is a mess! No hostess is ever at the front to seat people, and once seated good luck getting your order in. Today we were made aware that they were short staffed by other customers.. and waited over an hour for our food. We were never offered any compensation, and only the soft drink got refills after openly complaining. The orange cream soda was not even offered to be refilled. Cooks were having to walk food out, forgot our fondue.. and manager aimlessly walking around offering the bare minimum, a refill. If you are this short staffed, dont operate!

delicious food everything was cooked perfectly and fries were piping hot
my only complaint is that the ladies resteoom floor was greasy and so slick i almost fell
