Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was delicious but we were thrown off that the kitchen closed at 8:20 for a store close of 9. At least have the decency to ask guests if they would like a refill on fries or any food before they close. We were also told that the fountains were closed for cleaning as well and couldn’t get any refills on drinks. Working in the food industry I understand closing the kitchen early, but 40 minutes seems a little excessive. Will be back and hopefully can update this review with better score.

Walked in, waited a few minutes before a rude woman came over to seat us. Seated, drinks given, orders placed, my child’s sprite was only soda water so I told the server but another drink didn’t come out for 15 mins at least. Food was good and fresh but my chicken tenders (3.5 small pieces) were barely double the size of my child’s kids meal and I had less of a portion of fries. Unlimited fries but didn’t see our waiter the entire time we ate our meal and when he did it’d been 20 mins so we just wanted to leave. Also it wasnt even that busy, only 3 other tables had customers

We are currently seated upon typing this review. I would like to start by stating that we do recommend Red Robin as a decent dining experience for a family, however we do not recommend this location AT ALL! The food was still decent but the service was AWFUL. There are many tables available, and it seems staffed well to manage, however our server seems overwhelmed with the two tables she is assigned and projects her attitude when we make a request. We simply changed 1 kids meal from a Mac n Cheese to a pizza. After my wife and I received our entrees, we noticed our kids were not served in an appropriate amount of time. We asked for an update from our waitress and -with an attitude- we were told that we cancelled both our kids’ entrees. This was never confirmed or anything, and have we waited, our kids would have never got their meal. Alongside the attitude and bad communication, the bottomless fries and drinks are not bottomless unless you keep begging your waitress. This experience ruined our dinner. The manager did try to correct this issue by not charging us for the kids entrees but we no longer have an appetite to continue our dinner here. The manager also mentioned that this particular waitress does tend to have more than usual complaints about attitude. Will not dine at this location again!

Went on a Saturday around 2, was slow and got sat in an area that wasn’t busy, max 3 tables being served. We sat there for FIFTEEN minutes without even being so much as acknowledged when multiple servers passed us. So just walked right out, won’t be returning. Terrible service.

Red Robin was great! I usually eschew chain restaurants in favor of local ones, but in this instance, I'm very glad that I went to the Red Robin. The staff was very nice, I was seated quickly, and my waitress was very attentive! The food was pretty good, albeit not spectacular. They brought it out quickly, but it was scalding hot, so maybe they should've waited a minute or two. It also seemed that one of my chicken tenders was slightly undercooked, but still edible. The fries on the other hand, were excellent, and I love their bottomless promotion! When I've gone in the past, the bottomless promotion wasn't that big a deal because the server didn't bring them out that quickly, but this time, my waitress was awesome about keeping them coming. Finally, the Tito's Blue Chill is awesome! It's definitely one of my favorite drinks to get at any bar!

I would highly recommend going to this Red Robin, and I would venture to say that it's one of, if not my favorite chain restaurant!

Service is Incredibly friendly, however it's not enough to make up for their slow speed. Waiting 15-20 minutes after sitting to get my drink order taken in a nearly empty restaurant is sad. I wish I had taken a Pic of my plate bottomless sides or not my plate shouldn't come out with only 8 fries. The quality of the food is solid though. I'm pretty sure I spoke to the hostess more than I did the server even though she saw to the neighboring tables frequently. Luckily you can check out on the kiosk at the table, I couldn't imagine how long it would take for them to come back with my card.

Irmo has a new Whataburger. I was craving an excellent hamburger so I went to Red Robin.

Chair I was seated at was ripped and the fabric kept brushing against my legs, which was not pleasant. They were out of the first beer we ordered, and then the keg blew on the next one we ordered and then they had trouble with the keg lines. We switched to a 3rd beer, and it tasted really odd and although my husband and I ordered the same beer, they were different colors and mine was much cloudier. Food was as expected, standard Red Robin. Our server was awesome, though.

Don't waist money here. Food took a while after ordering. Burgers was ordered well, it was medium. The Add said drinks where included. Would not Honor. Fries were trash. Reordered fries thinking they would be better. Took forever to get. Was cold . Will not ever go to this R/R Again!
