Ice cream is solid. It's a good quick dessert option that has an extensive menu. Service is good but if there is a large group it could take a while as it is usually only staffed with one person. There is some outdoor seating for a few people.

Thank you for being so helpful tonight and letting us know about your season dates. I haven't had Rita's in years and it was delicious!

The workers are always super nice. And patient. Have yet to order anything I didn't like. Anytime we're downtown, we make an effort to stop here and get a treat.
