My Philly CheeseSteak wrap was smaller than a hot pocket. NO exageration. Took the guy FOREVER to make it, and give me my side. He kept walking to the back. 15 minutes in this place on a lunch break. Don't recommend!

After seeing some of the negative reviews I was skeptical. However, based on my experience, the service was good, the restaurant was clean, and my chipotle chicken wrap was delicious. Highly recommend.

I'm not from downtown so I'm not used to this type of atmosphere. It could be a 5 for some but for me it's a 4. Not fair for me to rate it less than five. We did enjoy the food and it was neat seating outside.
Absolute worst place I have ever been. The owners belittle people who have walked in To order food and the store is absolutely disgusting. The attitudes the owners have are absolutely disgusting as well. They talk about religion and belittle ones who come in and out of the store. Which is not allowed in the work place. How they treat you is nasty. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please go somewhere else. The food is absolutely nasty.

Very disappointed in my visit. I've heard mix reviews on this place so I tried it...never again. Service was horrible, guy just stared at me while I ordered, had to ask if he was even listening then responded with a rude attitude. Lady in the back was yelling the whole dang time and I felt so gross leaving the place with how sticky those floors are. All and all I will not be going back

Haven't been to this place in a while. I ordered my food and the service was pleasant. I go sit in my car to wait for a while and send my daughter in a few minutes later to pick up our food. My daughter asked me if my interaction was good and I tell her it was fine. She tells me that after she announces that she is picking up her moms order, the guys face frowns and the lady rolled her eyes. My daughter is pretty quiet and quite timid and I knew she didn't make this up. The food was good in the past but I tried something new and I wasn't fond of so I'm not going to say anything bad. Those particular wrap wasn't for us but others may like those. The food presentation was nice and very neat. The atmosphere would be a place I would have loved to sit if I had the time and it was prepared rather quickly.

I live in Charlotte, but whenever I am near Columbia I stop at Roly Poly for a wrap!My favorite regular menu item is the Huevos Rancheors (‘egg roly’). My all time favorite menu item is the #9 Thanksgiving roly (this year I made a special trip to get this sandwich while it was available in November). The food is always fresh, and seasoned with a unique combination of spices, sauces and dips. And somehow, despite being so large and so delicious, the rolys are only a few hundred calories each.The shop is run by a kind gentleman named Dave, who always takes time to welcome and talk with customers. I highly recommend Roly Poly and am already thinking about my next trip there!
