Haven't been to this place in a while. I ordered my food and the service was pleasant. I go sit in my car to wait for a while and send my daughter in a few minutes later to pick up our food. My daughter asked me if my interaction was good and I tell her it was fine. She tells me that after she announces that she is picking up her moms order, the guys face frowns and the lady rolled her eyes. My daughter is pretty quiet and quite timid and I knew she didn't make this up. The food was good in the past but I tried something new and I wasn't fond of so I'm not going to say anything bad. Those particular wrap wasn't for us but others may like those. The food presentation was nice and very neat. The atmosphere would be a place I would have loved to sit if I had the time and it was prepared rather quickly.

I live in Charlotte, but whenever I am near Columbia I stop at Roly Poly for a wrap!My favorite regular menu item is the Huevos Rancheors (‘egg roly’). My all time favorite menu item is the #9 Thanksgiving roly (this year I made a special trip to get this sandwich while it was available in November). The food is always fresh, and seasoned with a unique combination of spices, sauces and dips. And somehow, despite being so large and so delicious, the rolys are only a few hundred calories each.The shop is run by a kind gentleman named Dave, who always takes time to welcome and talk with customers. I highly recommend Roly Poly and am already thinking about my next trip there!

I work on Main Street, so finding Roly Poly was great! Roly Poly has the most delicious wraps and sides (try the potato salad!). I also think the family-owned atmosphere makes it very welcoming. The staff is nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend this hidden gem! Lots of vegetarian/vegan options. I am a meat-eater, but my coworker who is vegan also loves this place!

Quality food at a reasonable price. Certainly beats Subway. Lots of variety available to suit a wide range of tastes. The service was quick enough but not lightning fast. The counter staff was friendly. I'll be back!

Phenomenal! It's one block off of Main near the State House. I wasn't aware it was here until recently so I figured I would try it. I am sooo glad I did! Excellent friendly service, big selection, interesting combinations and wonderful flavors! It's fresh and light yet satisfying. The Hot Honey was my choice. It has turkey, bacon, jalapeños, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and a hot honey mustard sauce on the side. It wasn't too hot and it was delicious! Sandwiches are wraps and you can go hot or cold and they come with a side. The sides include a cookie (which I had), chips, potato salad, pasta salad (no mayo), or fruit. The inside was really cute and comfortable. You can sit outside with plenty of shade. They deliver for free and I absolutely recommend it!

Wow… I am at a loss for words. The food is delectable. The prices are reasonable. The customer service is the best I have had. If you live in Columbia or are visiting, do yourself a favor GO TO ROLY POLY. These people know how to run a business.

Haven't been the same for a while. The man isn't friendly to regulars, you're just another person. Also. They kinda treat you bad. Which don't expect too much great experience just bc im a regular but you guys are service industry and you guys should do a little more to be accommodating to people that give you so much of their money day to day, week to week. It adds up. So should the service. Step it up. Love you guys but, won't be coming around again. Thanks.
