This place was such a blessing to my family.
I loved it and would love to maybe work there in the future. I'm going to culinary school and love to cook for others. My only complaint are the counters, due to my OCD.
I have not stayed here, but we visit to drop off pop tabs and painted butterfly magnets over past three years. Compared to other RMDH, it does seem older in appearance from outside and the house dog often is barking when walking by the entrance.
They do a good job stocking up the family room in the children's hospital, which my friend commented about this fall when his newborn was in NICU.
I highly recommend. My son got transferred from Florence to the Prisma Hospital and because it all happened so fast my family had no place to stay. His nurse got in touch with the Ronald McDonald person and they got my family a place to stay that night. I know everyone has a different experience but I was lucky to have a very good experience.

Very unprofessional and the staff is very rude and non cooperative. Our car was broken into and tag was stolen also so we called the police to make a report and we weren’t allowed to view the cameras and were asked to leave
The director Ms. Liz is incredibly and overtly rude for no reason at all. Even where people are speaking to her in a respectful manner and tone. You can't talk to her without being cut off or over talked. There is no empathy or compassion for critical situations. I don't know what happened but as a representative of a wonderful charity and cause, she does not fit the bill. It's very disheartening to see that she can speak to people and treat certain people any kind of way. She even did this in front of another employee which isutterly embarrassing. She doesn't care about your situation and she very non chalantly makes it known.
I stayed here back in October of 2021 due to my daughter being in the NICU & I loved it . Now my son is in the hospital, he had brain surgery on Jan 18th, and we have been here since the 15th of January I believe. We have a 4 month old daughter and their allowing her to stay there with us, we are BEYOND thankful for the Ronald McDonald House. Everyone is so sweet and kind, I absolutely LOVEEEE Sydney, she makes amazing food and has the kindest soul. I want to thank everyone for everything they’ve done for my family. Alphie is the cutest EVER, he stays bring his little pink piggy to my daughter ? • Here is a picture of me & my son Kaleek . & Here is a picture of Lonnie at the RMH ❤️?
Ms.Liz is very rude and no mannered, as the director she should set a better example for her staff. She take her position and feel as if she can speak to people in a unprofessional way. As a mother she should understand that ppl have appt and can’t be locked up at the Ronald McDonald house 24/7, Will not recommend. Disrespectful and no class.

Mrs. Liz and everyone here we're amazing and caring. So thankful for them.
This place is a gift sent from god.Every body was so kind and helpful if anyone wants to know where to donate this is the place. Couldnt be more grateful thanks to all the wonderful staff❤
Our family was blessed with the opportunity to stay at RMHC while our twin boys were growing in the NICU at Prisma Health Richland. Prior to their birth, I was inpatient at the hospital for 53 days; after I was discharged from the hospital having a place to go that felt like home was a true relief. The hospitality felt at RMHC is second to none. The friendships made and feeling of the staff giving their all to make your stay easier is truly appreciated. And the ability to gather and fellowship with other parents is exactly what is needed during a difficult and high stress moment in life. Thank you, RMHC, for making our 19 day stay more comfortable than we could have hoped for.
This place is great! Everyone is so friendly and ready to help you and your family. They help take care of you so you only have to think about your baby.
Cannot express my gratitude for the serving heart of Beth and the RMHC staff. Your work now will be felt for decades to come.
