Today was my first time going, but it definitely won't be my last. This is not your typical restaurant, so expect that.... but great vibes.. great music.. good food.. love the Mimosas... Go try it out‼️

The food is great Lamb chops are 5stars, drinks are ok nothing special, and the vibe is good.

Great food and customer service. Went for a friendsgiving perfume exchange brunch, and it definitely was a vibe. Will be back with the hubby for sure.

My neice had a birthday gathering there on 10/20/2024 one of her guests fell out of one there weak unstable black chairs . When she fell the chair cut me . Don’t you know I had to ask for a CPR kit and the manager and staff did not come check on us and they was notified this had happened. Then I ask for the manager to see will he do an incident report he refused and told us to leave. I have a 12 inch laceration cut on my leg and didn’t get an apology are no type of remorse are nothing from the owners. One of the male owners which i have on video tried to fight my neice but security was holding him back. Security wanted to spray pepper spray in her eyes. I will never come back to that establishment they were very unprofessional from management to the waitress. I have a scar on my leg for life and no remorse from this establishment. I will be posting video and pictures of my cut soon . I will highly recommend don’t support this business because they only in it for the money and not customer service.

When I tell you we enjoyed ourselves, it doesn't even express how great everything was. The fried salmon and grits was so delicious. The sneaky link sauce set it off. The grits were perfect and the salmon was thick and seasoned perfectly. Our server was Nicole, she was professional and on point the whole time. We ordered the Blueberry mimosa carafe and again...it was not a disappointment. The music kept us singing and the entire vibe was for the culture.

Visited today and I'm highly disappointed. I've been several times before and this is the first time I had a bad experience. I was served raw chicken. No apologies or nothing, waitress just walked off and said oh ill let the manager know. She returned and said, "its off your ticket, what you wanna do? I said I don't want anything else. Everyone is entitled to mistakes, it's how you handle it. I felt as I was a inconvenience. Regardless, I still left a tip. I'll definitely be looking for other establishments in the future.

I was visiting Columbia today and stopped by Room Service. So glad I did. I really enjoyed the food and I look forward to going again the next time I’m in SC.
