Burger basket was ok-ish. Meat was tasteless. Fries weren't hot. Slaw was awful; very dry & coarse, hot. Tea & chocolate shake were good. Saw some employee food handing concerns. Staff was nice, just disorganized. Place looks dingy and unkept. Outdoor seating area not clean & has bad odor from bushes.Parking: Gigantic potholes and cracked uneven pavement makes it dangerous for seniors or younger children.Kid-friendliness: Not a very cheerful place. Saw a little girl trip over the uneven pavement.Wheelchair accessibility: NONE. Couldn't get my walker close to the pickup counter. Was hard to navigate on a dilapidated surface.

Would not answer the phone called three times once picked up and hung up.Whenni got there 1 customer.....three people standing around one took my order a girl was reading the mail.....gave me a mean look when I asked if their phone was broken.I called for 5 minutes straight until I pulled in.

Rude!! I told the lady that it was separate orders and she caught an attitude and proceeded to get someone else to talk to me. The young lady came I told her exactly what I told the other lady she said no problem. Why was it so difficult for the other lady to understand? Because she didn’t understand me the first time she messed up and started getting upset once again. I remained calm through all of this because it wasn’t that deep. Had she taken the time to stop and listen and not try to move and do things at 1000 miles per hour it would’ve been fine.

now I'll say this if I'm going to say anything at all about this establishment and that's that this place is a place worth saying something about if one were to say something it could easily be said that saying something is the thing to do that way something was said which is what this is all about of course, wouldn't you say?
Great old Family Burger take out, could use a little attention at the window- attentiveness and awareness could be improved a bit. Its a common issue with blind spot operations( Window, Food truck,etc tend to be a little restricting to the peripheral vision detail) Small improvements also could be some outside seating to be close enough to grab & go. But very good as a whole experience.Vegetarian options: Limited selections- could add a veggie burger and Non gluten buns. Salads could also step up on special orders. Need more local feedback on whats popular

The place only sells two flavors, which is fine if they had both. Got hot fudge sundaes. The spray whipped cream had more flavor than the ice cream. There was no flavor in the ice cream and the hot fudge had very little.

Food decent. Minimal stars deserved because of the freaking parking lot. The place looks like it has been used as artillery target practice from Fort Jackson. Muddy craters/fox holes all over the place. Have stopped going there to pick up due to this parking problem, not to mention the rancid 1970's era "dining room". The City of Columbia "beautification" group rides herd over residents about their yards per "Code Enforcement" Dept. yet this place is allowed to look Third World?!
