I’m giving this 4 stars because the hostess I felt was quite rude. When I asked for an estimate about the wait time I was told “well you just joined the list so…”. Having been in a queue a time or two I know how lines work. On to the food. The beignets were interesting as they are not traditional but rather puff pastry squares that are deep fried and then powdered with sugar. Fine but not what I was expecting. We were at the restaurant early, and Sophie was delightful! Her recommendations on the menu were spot on and delicious! How refreshing to encounter such a cheery disposition and genuine customer service in an age where those values become less and less. Thank you for a great experience, Sophie!

Linda was a quick and thorough server. We have dietary questions and she didn’t hesitate to “go ask the cook”. To ensure we could eat the dish. It was really refreshing as sometimes servers seem irritated when we ask those questions. Thank you Linda, the Cook and Ruby Sunshine for some yummy breakfast!
