So me & my husband got the honey sweet crispy chicken...nothing crispy about it but it is good not gonna lie i give it a 7.5 out of 10. He got some spicy chicken forgot what it's called but he rated it a 8 out of 10. Rice was disgusting we didn't eat it tasted straight burnt. Idk we're from new England area & our mall food is better it's soooo good they just know how to cook good food up north ??♀️ I didn't even want to try the other place next to chick fa la. I should've read these reviews before ordering... it's all mostly terrible SMH

This place is exactly what you would think it is, mall food. It is decent, but not very tasty or great at all. I've tried the chicken & it is okay. I've tried the soup and it's okay. I've tried the rice and the noodles. It's all just okay. Service is quick and not always friendly. Just another Asian food court spot in the mall.

The dingy burrito on today Sunday July16, 2023 around 4:30 PM serving the rice was really a bum in customer service, laughing with raggedy rusty braces puhleeze find y’all some better servers !!!!!!! I don’t have time for those beneath me and mine -And hire better management too while ya at it-#?

I cant believe they just served me along with everyone else sour rice! Picked the food up and kept smelling something like mildew in the car and thought it was the leak in my sunroof so ignored it. Once I got back to work as I'm eating it I put my nose a little closer, and yep it was sour. My coworker said she smelled it from her office which is next to the break room. Lord I pray I dont get food poisoning also along with the gentleman in line in front of me in the wheel chair. These people need to be shut down!!!!!!!

Ruby Thai Kitchen at Columbiana Centre in Columbia is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful Thai food. I really like their menu and how well everything is prepared. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting everything together when you need it.
