Friday night and our family of six called ahead, Tye said he would have a table ready for us. All the food was good - burgers, chicken tenders, 5-cheese steak sandwich, catfish and shrimp platter and kabob on a bowl (chicken in the bowl was perfect, steak could have used a bit more seasoning). Server was great with all of the flavored lemonades and sprites for the kids.

We were at the Ruby Tuesday's #5026, and we had to find out own seating. There were only three people working in the front. My bourbon chicken plate was not the best. It looked like a child's portion and the meat was dry. I paid $17.99 plus $5.99 for the salad bar, which was the star. My husband's entree: Catfish and fries $13.99, wasn't good either. He wanted onion rings instead of fries. He got charged $1.99 for them, the server didn't mention their was a charge for substitutions beforehand. 2 teas @3.79, totaled $7.58, $5.99 a piece for adding to garden bar salads. Total bill was $58.88. We had to go find the server to ask for carryout for salad and entree, she will be over there shortly. The amount of money we spent for lunch was overrated and the service was underrated. I will NOT be back.

Place an order that took 1 hour to be served and was still wrong! Waited an additional 1:15 to have correct order brought out. Steak was better second time around but served without the baked potato! But they were quick to bring out our $85.90 bill! Never seen nor spoke with a manager!

I love Ruby Tuesday salad bar. Is there food selections outside of the salad bar are quite good, that said, I find that I get guaranteed bad service when I go. This is not the first time that upon entering I was ignored. When she finally came by and I gave her my order I had to get her attention to bring me my drink after I watched her stand and stare off into space for a good 5 minutes . After my food arrived I'm did not see the waitress again until I stood up threatening to leave, then she finally came by to let me pay for my food. Needless to say she got no tip, because I got no service. But I can't lay it all at her door, I have had bad service at both the Ruby Tuesday's that I have gone to. Why do I still go? I do really like their salad bar.
