Our waiter was very rude and no professional. His name was Paris and had a nasty attitude.hadbthe order wrong from the beginning, never checked on us .he had people walking out because of him.never refilled our drinks.he did more talking behind behind the counter to his employees than taking care of customers poor poor service . I will not come here again if he is here. The manager Mikki came to help us out ,big thanks to her.she very respectful and helpful.

I pickup up food for my bf and was underwhelmed and disappointed. I ordered him a muchroom swiss burger with a side of grilled zucchini; the burger was not as advertised and the zucchini was not separate from the burger; therefore causing his bread to be soggy. And furthermore the one thing I loved at RB’s was the crab cakes and they no longer have it on the menu.

First off want to say this first our server was great. However there isn’t anything else I have something positive to say. I order the triple threat or whatever it was called with half rack of ribs, shrimp and chicken fingers and added salad bar. First off most the veggies had been out so long they looked awful the cucumbers had set out so long they had a slimy film on them. Once my entree arrived you could tell the chicken fingers had microwaved the batter fell out the moment you touched them and the texture was as rubbery as a tire ( they all seemed unher cooked once you took a bite or maybe it was all the radiation from them microwaved so many times, then also was mushy and had been microwaved as I could also tell when the first bite was like warm at best and then the next bite was so hot it burnt my tongue and roof of my mouth, ribs and French fries were the same story. Then to get the bill and it was $80.00 that is the same price point of people eating at long horns or Texas Roadhouse but getting food that isn’t even as good McDonalds. Is absolutely ridiculous. As someone with low immune system due to a transplant I didn’t spend the rest of the night praying I wasn’t going to end up with food poisoning. Luckily, just some nausea, but I was OK. We always talk about wanting to get a better class of restaurants and Services in the lower Richland area however, you all have not at all added any type of value to our community which hence to the empty parking lot. And why even your manager chooses to use that area as the smoking section as she and another employee was smoking right by the door as we walked into be seated They even opened the door for us while she still had the cigarette in her hand i’m not sure anyone actually reads these, but if you do read these and are in charge of that Ruby Tuesdays, I really would suggest taking a look at the community that you’re in and working with the community to create an atmosphere that is conducive to the community and could actually draw in more people In fact, in need of a nice family sit down restaurant, but not when the quality of the food isn’t even at the standards of a McDonald’s meal. At this point, I’m still kicking myself, but I wasted $80 of money on that food to then just go home and be scared to death. I was gonna end up with food poisoning.

Customer service sucks don’t go there. Waited 20 minutes to be seated and still not seated and the manager was no better had to wait 15 more minutes to talk to manager to only say I’m sorry about that. I personally will never go back there from this experience, I will spend my money elsewhere.

Restaurant was very dirty and no paper towels in the restroom. Waited over an hour for food and they were not busy at all. The order got messed up twice and the server was not helpful. The manager came out and was nice, but we still ended up unhappy. I wanted a printed receipt, but the server just left the reader and never came back and it kept saying error. Do NOT go to this restaurant. Other patrons had the same exact problem.

The store is nasty always have dirty utensils a manager don't know how to be a manager every time I come in there she's sitting at the corner I complained about my drinks not being top shelf and the only thing she said there's nothing she can do but for me to email a company not only that my way there was so sweet she was trying her best and the manager came over there I started talking rude to her and I had to get on the manager she also was telling me that they don't have top shelf but they charged me top shelf prices when I came back in and give it another try on multiplication all I do is see her sitting at the end of the bar

Do not eat here they do not take care of staff or respect customers usually a dishwasher cooking at night, raw wings and over cooked steaks the food is old not kept up to date or standard the coolers don't hold temp and the beer is hot and the food is usually cold staff is stealing regularly.

Beware beware beware ! Terrible place do not eat here, I was a server here I was put on Fridays and Saturdays by myself and told to deal with it, cooks refuse to cook after 830 and if you have an issue with that they will fire you with no right ups or anything, on the 5th or 6th manager and the new one might be the worst so far they will fire you and then ban you from the building how disgusting is that?

Service was terrible. Dirty plates on the table stacking up, empty glasses despite asking for refills numerous times. NY Strip was one big slab of fat and over cooked. Re-cook was also well done despite ordering it medium. We just asked for it to be taken off of our bill. The check came and it still had the steak on it. We were there an hour and a half and should have gotten our entire ticket comped at that point. The manager came to talk to us after we asked for her specifically. She was completely rude and the main reason I’m giving this review! She argued that our well done steak was medium despite us showing her a picture of what was expected. Do not recommend this establishment even as a last resort!

We were seated promptly. We waited for ten minutes without a server speaking to us. There was only one other table with customers. We went to the salad bar. While we were at the salad bar our server greeted us. We gave our server our order while we were making our salads. I had two chicken breasts and my friend had the salmon. The chicken breasts were over cooked and dried out.

Went there it took them 20 minutes to bring out the drinks. Then my man order alcohol and it was never brought out. We order the same food a steak, fried shrimp, fries, and ribs. Waiter came back with one plate with one the steak and ribs. I told him I could not eat it because it was not well done and im pregnant also the fries and shrimp was missing. He took the plate back and we waited and additional 30 minutes. People after us came in got seated, ordered and got their food and ate! Right when we were just planning to leave then the waiter brings back 1 plate still so we told him nevermind. We could of just left but my man paid for the salad and drinks we had but we should of got it for free. We was there and waiting on our food for literally a hour and 30 mins. Would not recommend coming throughout the week. We thought it would be perfect because it was not busy so it was literally no excuse to mess up.
