I had a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday, and I have to give a special shoutout to my server, Bri. She was absolutely amazing! Her personality truly lights up the room! She was warm, friendly, and full of positive energy. She made me feel like I was being hosted at a friend’s house rather than just dining out. On top of that, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. Bri is the kind of person who turns a good meal and drink into a great memory. I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll be asking for her!

Ribeye steak was not the best. Tuff and the flavors was not so good.
However, our service from Marathas more than offset food quality. She was incredibly friendly and her effervescent personality was the highlight of the meal.

Ruby Tuesday (Garners Ferry Rd) is a wonderful welcoming restaurant with friendly staff to greet you upon entrance. My family and I have visited several times and every time we were greatly pleased. Since our move from this location, I recently stopped in and requested support for an event. As many local establishments shared that they had to go through corporate for approval. Fortunately, this new General Manager personally went above & beyond to accommodate and support an event for the Lower Richland community. I truly thank Bria (GM) and I hope our community, especially Lower Richland will show love and kindness as customers to this excellent establishment. Forever Grateful!

During my recent visit to Ruby Tuesday, I was struck by the peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness of the establishment. Our server, Malayjah, provided exemplary service, including a heartfelt rendition of happy birthday to my grandmother, who suffers from dementia and can be trying at times. Malayjah's warm and beautiful smile contributed to a truly exceptional dining experience for our party, which included children and my husband. The quality of the drinks was also noteworthy. We extend our gratitude to Malayjah and Bria for their outstanding service, and we look forward to our next visit.
