We had a new waitress, very slow and forgetful....But, extremely polite and apologetic. She treated us so well, made up for the slow service. And then some. She will be a wonderful waitress someday.The food was WONDERFUL! We had sticky ribs, a bourbon pork chop deconstructed kabobs. Everyone raved about the food.I believe that young girl who waited on us will do just fine with time and patience.

Horrible food. Fries tasted like old grease. Some strange pink sauce was drowning them. Cheese steak sub tasted like old grease too. Also had the strange pink sauce. Meat, roll and onions burned. Cole slaw tasted like mayonnaise. Even the water tasted bad. Food could not be eaten. Food was inedible. I would like to give 0 stars.

Very disappointed. We’ve came here multiple times and waited to be seated and no one came. This lucky time we got seated and the food was terrible. Salad bar didn’t have many options. Pasta was sauce less. We ended up leaving.

I went for the to go salad bar. I didn't get it when they handed me the container. It was a half size box. When I went to the one off Rt.1 I was given a regular size to go container. I decided not to get my salad and went somewhere else. I sure was in the mood for the salad... oh well..next time.

Been several times and often very long waits due to lack of staff. This time ordered salad bar to find they were out of lettuce. Will start going somewhere else after several times like this. Not many places to get a good salad anymore.

The music was a little loud for my taste while eating. I was seated,then a couple of women were seated next to me. The waitress took their order before mine. We all got to lunch soeciy( salad bar & loaded potato). Their potatoes arrived about when they sat down with their salad. Mine came when I was almost finished with my salad. I had a couple of orders to go that was placed when I ordered the lunch(3:33pm). A 4 person group came in, ordered food, are, then ordered desert. I'm still waiting for my check. Then another 4 person group came in, got drinks , I'm still waiting. I had to finally get her attention for my bill. I almost walked out. In @3:33,out @4:45...all for a plate of salad & potato.

My bf and went to this location Friday night. The location was not packed at all. Upon entering the manager asked us to hold on a few minutes while he swiftly walked passed us to catch the females that had just walked out the door, before we came in. We were given menus and seated at a table that was not hard to see. We waited 30 minutes, did not receive a hey, hello, or anything. We watched as another waitress walked passed our table several times and watched as the manager/host took drinks to another table. Upon waiting my bf had the salad bar. I had to literally go to the bar just to pay for the salad. It was Friday, not packed at all, I understand there maybe a shortage in staff but be more accommodating in this world. Pay WAITRESSES MORE MONEY SO THEY WILL WANT TO WORK!! It’s sad! Can’t even go to enjoy a meal because it’s hard to acknowledge tables that you sat! Get it together Ruby Tuesday
I've been to several Ruby Tuesdays in the area, with good things from the West Columbia location. I was disappointed in the Garners Ferry location. Service was okay but the food was subpar. I had ordered the Ruby's Smashed burger with fries. I was asked how I wanted the burger cooked and I said medium. The burger came out well done and the fries were obviously from the grocery store, pre cooked and dry, like they were in the microwave. ?

Very unprofessional in my opinion. I came in to order myself some pasta, the first girl asked for my order, than SKIPPED ME to go to another set of customers. Then a woman asked “how can i help you” she never took my order , then a GUY asked “how can i help you….. how many people does it take to get ONE plate of pasta….. freaking terrible service…..

Was terrible, place drink order with our waitress and appetizers when seated the appetizers came out before the drinks our waitress had to go and make our drinks herself. We watched over 10 people walking stand waiting, and then they left. Our waitress was the only one to know what to do at that restaurant. I can't remember her name, but I tipped her very well.
