When I got home to eat the chicken meal I could not eat this ish! The chicken tasted like old rotten wood and it was quite disappointing. The chicken and fries tasted like it had been sitting around for a very long time, like 2 days. The skin's toughness was noticeable. Unfortunately, both the fries and chicken were dry and lacked flavor. The food's age was apparent. The coleslaw was also bland. I did not bothered to even taste the piece of bread. Even My dog tasted it and growled; he did not eat it either. I just threw the whole meal in the garbage. That whole meal was OLD and below standards. How ironic that they had the sanitizing pack in with the chicken meal. That is very unsanitary to have that pack in with the meal! Don’t know how many hands been on that packet.

I went to this place last night my burger was cold from the kitchen to the window to my hand.. the young lady in the window was good, was a nice girl.. we people pay money for our food.. I will not be coming back to this place food gave me really bad gas and made me sick

Not sure what has changed at this location within the last 6 months, but it is a GREAT change! The food is so much better. The service at the drive-through is efficient and so courteous. The young man, Amir, at the window makes sure you have everything you need with your order, from straws to extra napkins! You are doing a great job, Rush's on Harbison Boulevard!!!

Went through drive thru today to get chicken that I hadn’t had in a long time from rushes cause they’re usually so busy. It’s one of my favorite restaurants, this morning I asked for extra ketchup., And you would’ve thought I asked the lady for her own wallet, She was so rude, Completely lost my appetite for rushes after that, a smile goes a long way, And quite frankly, you should not be at a drive-through window if you’re not polite and professional. Definitely won’t be visiting this Rush’s anymore.

First time at Rush definitely will not be our last! Delicious food served quick, friendly and delicious Chicken fried to perfection. Manager gave us the rundown of his favorite food there as well as a short history of the business! Love the whole experience. Customer Service was perfection

Food is pretty good - classic burger joint fare. Drive through service is terrible for a fast food place. You can expect to wait at least 5 minutes per car ahead of you. It is usually far quicker to go inside and order to go. Some times the drive through line will back up out of the parking lot on to Harbison Blvd.
