I’ve been coming to Rush’s for years every time I come into the Columbia area. The food is so good! The burger is always amazing. The milkshake is a nice dessert. But those fries. They are delicious! I normally use ketchup as a habit with most fries I eat. These are the only fries that I feel the ketchup is not needed. To me, that is the sign of a good fry! Keep it up. If I could get a Rush’s in the upstate, I’d be even happier!

The food is average at best now. The burgers (food) don't match the price point, and the fries were lukewarm at best. I believe they are surviving on their old reputation now instead of their current reality.

I was given an incorrect order and I politely informed the cashier that I was given the wrong order. She rolled eyes with me and she replied well what do you want? The tone was nasty. When she returned the new order was still incorrect. My order was 1 hot dog all of the way and 1 slaw dog. I recieved 1 hot dog on a bun without any mustard, 1 slaw dog no condiments other than slaw and a hot dog on a bun.
Their cashiers never say thank you after recieving tender. I will...
