The Atmosphere was very calm and chill, unfortunately i didnt get a chance to eat the food due to the fact that our server skipped over me and my friend not one time but three whole times and we watched her ask her friend/people she knew what they wanted as we sat there for ten minutes not even receiving recognition let alone a drink. Im really disappointed because i had high hopes but this experience makes me less likely to return

My friend and I got to the restaurant, we were urged at first to go get takeout but we wanted to dine in. After we were sat with one menu, we were forgotten about, didn’t ask about a drink or anything. However more people came and were sat by the same waitress and had their drinks promptly delivered. We gave it 3 times before we left. I don’t want to bring race into it however everyone who was sat and was served drinks were white. Extremely disappointed.

The building will fool you into thinking this isnt a top notch restaurant, but, DONT BE FOOLED! The food and service is amazing! Most of what we ate we had never tried before, and it was all delicious!! So impressed! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Great food as always

Quick & delicious. Saky has become my go-to lunch spot and it has yet to disappoint. My preference is their chicken teriyaki bowls! 😋

Perfect hole in the wall restaurant. Definitely a hidden gem. The pork gyoza is the best I believe I've ever had and the sushi is as always on point. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I were just stopping in on our drive from Florida to North Carolina, and saw that this place was just off of the highway. We decided on it because it was highly rated. The reviews are justified! We were sat with a smile by Chae who was attentive all evening. Our delicious rolls were out quickly following the fantastic complimentary miso soup, noodles, and marinated cucumbers.

While we were seated in a somewhat sketchy room in the back, the food was good and was a really good price for how much food (especially meat) on the plate. My girls are pretty picky and they are a decent amount of the teriyaki chicken, rice, and one tried a few bites of the soup.

We love this local gem. Down to earth and welcoming with delicious food. It's one of our favorites!

A kind of little homelike feel atmosphere Japanese Restaurant. Great Food!! Especially Sushi!! Love it!! Business been running since 74'.

Vegetarian options: If its something you don't want or add on just tell the waitress.

Best sushi I've had in a while. Went in with a fairly large group, the food took a while, but while we waited we were given miso soup and some sunmono. Got a bento box for myself, and everything tasted fresh and amazing. We were served by an awesome dude, he was super attentive as it was a busy Saturday night. Atmosphere is homey and not fussy, but the food is A+. Looking forward to going back there for more amazing sushi.

We’ve been customers of this establishment for a few years, but yesterday's experience was alarming and unacceptable. My husband and I found a fingernail in my chicken teriyaki meal. Thankfully, I didn’t swallow it, but it was extremely gross—I had to spit out my food and was horrified to see a fingernail in it.

We immediately returned all the food we had ordered and informed the staff at the restaurant. The employee apologized multiple times and provided a refund, but due to this shocking negligence and the lack of proper food handling, we will no longer be customers of this restaurant. This is a serious concern, and we urge others to be cautious.
