I really enjoy the prices and convenience of shopping at Sam's. That said, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have recently had problems with my knee so on this visit I had to use the scooter cart. While trying to maneuver, I kept in countering the stock persons pushing large, wheeled hand trucks through the rather narrow isles. I kept backing up, moving out of the way, backing up, moving out of the way. I was about finished with my shopping, but needed to get one more item from the freezer section. As I was moving forward, one of the stock persons dragging a large wheeled handtruck, came forward toward me. I stopped and then he waved me to back up. It would've been easier for him to let me go past. It would've taken all of five seconds. Then, an even larger, motorized stock, truck came toward me. I held up my hand as it to say, hold on don't run over me. The guy kept coming staring right at me. Another Sam's employee said "ma'am, back up before he runs over you! " There was no place for me to go. Several customers in the area stated that he could have stopped and let me pass. I ended up almost backed into the corner of one of the freezers. I thought that was very rude. I ended up leaving without my package.

Every Sunday me and the Wife do our shopping for supplies and we get the pizza combo and a extra slice for a grand total of 4.93 cents can't beat it.Perfect ideal for sports parents grocery shop grab a pizza to go dinner served.

Spacious, not cluttered, layout is appealing to the eye. Doesn't give off the traditional warehouse vibe haha the location is great but can be difficult to maneuver with the gas station at the main entrance. Traffic can get backed up. Prices are fair. You've got to be a member. If you want discounts, lower gas rates per gal, affordable bulk buys, SAMS CLUB!

Just called to see if my local Sam's club had tires I needed.Answered and ask to wait for they were taking care of a customer at the registe. I said that was fine but after waiting 12 min it reminds me not to deal with Sam's club on tires.

A couple days ago I placed a pick-up order. I got there and all of the pick-up spots under the canopy were full so I chose another labeled #5 out in the lot. I replied to my text as instructed, and waited. An associate came up to the car but was looking for a different name, asked ours and said he'd be back. We waited about 15 minutes and so I called the service desk in side and was immediately put on hold. We waited another 15 minutes. By this time all the spots around us and under the canopy were vacant and the music on hold droned on. In desperation I drove up to the auto doors where the employees only sign is and leaned on the horn. Finally an associate came up to the car asked my name and got my order (meanwhile the music on hold still played!!) His parting shot was I wasn't checked in!! Well my text showed it went through and when we were the only car setting out there and the employee had spoken to us. Worse yet in my order were GOURMET cupcakes, the worst cupcakes either my husband or I had ever had! Dried out cake Lard and sugar topped, YUK!

Yes, we love that mask are required. However, it only says that it is required to enter the store(even the recording when you call Sam's Club says the same thing). Just called today 11/20 and heard it. Once the members have entered, it seems that they are not required to keep it on throughout the store and no one is enforcing it either. You aren't the only store not enforcing it, but it's scary that I could be shopping at places that require mask and catch Covid or the flu. Just my honest opinion. Also your prices keep increasing. I have a plus membership and Walmart has some of the same items for less which is backwards because I would think the whole point of a Sam's Club is to have that advantage. Meaning I want that one stop shop without having to shop for a cheaper value at Walmart.

Just got gas here and had some trouble with the pump cutting on. I asked the folks in the booth for assistance, and when we tried again, whatever was sticking was now working. I apologized and went about pumping my gas. Instead of being polite?m, the older gentleman (who I assume was a supervisor) walked away mockingly in a huff saying I TRIED THIS THING 387,000 TIMES AND ITS NOT WORKING. Thanks for being a j**** I Couldn’t imagine treating my customers this way.
