Started preparing my order and then canceled after 40 minutes without notification or reason. A notification would've prevented a 1 star rating.

I came by this establishment to order lunch for my family and I . I wanted to do the teriyaki combo but due to allergies i needed my shrimp on the side since i would be sharing with my daughter and she is allergic . I was turned away and told no my order couldnt be made . Telling my 2 year old daughter that she cant have a meal because they didnt want to make it is highly offensive and disappointing ! You’re telling me absolutely NO accommodations could be made ? I work in the food industry myself so this was definitely an unwelcoming experience and i will be spreading the word ! Starting with google !

I had to say I’m a little disappointed today. It used to be good. The beef was burnt and I don’t know how they manage the portion. They stacked a good amount of meat for the lady in front of me but I only got a very thin layer of beef. Just a few pieces not even enough to full myself! It’s not worth what I paid.

Gave me coke zero instead of regular. The portion of chicken was laughable compared to what ot used to be. There were literally about 5 bite size pieces on the plate. Went over to bourbon street and they probably put 4x the amount of chicken as sarku. A total rip off anymore.

Ordered here for the first time.Was not happy with anything we got.The food was bland. The fried rice was just rice with soy sauce on it, the teriyaki chicken did not taste like teriyaki chicken.For the amount of $$ we spent, I'm pretty upset.I would not recommend.

Walked up. No one in line. No one waiting for an order. 3 guys behind the counter. One guy was doing something and another guy was just holding a cup going back-and-forth. He said hello and I said hello back. And he kept holding that cup for the other guy not really doing anything. So I left and went to Bourbon St., Grill, where they were happy to serve me.
