I really don't eat at.many places like this because I don't eat meat or fish or anything but they're veggies spring rolls are.to die for. I sit at home And eat 10 in a row they fixed perfect for a old person like me to eat. I am ,68.

Worst sarku I’ve ever tasted. After 15 minutes of waiting I got rice that was wet and bunched up together and cheap chicken. Is this a mall or am I in prison?

Absolutely horrific! I came in on May 22 at 6:30pm to get something to eat. I specifically asked for two teriyaki chicken/white rice plates with vegetables and EXTRA chicken. I wanted my chicken on the side of my rice because I hate when my food touches. At first the young lady with the gold tooth said “no” then she agreed. As I was waiting for my food, the cook put two helpings of chicken on one plate and then (1) helping of chicken on the other. I politely asked the cashier with the gold tooth about my extra chicken and she exclaimed that my extra chicken was already given to me. I then told her “um no, the cook only put one serving of chicken there”. She walked away and proceeded to ignore me. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for fresh chicken to be added. Then when the cook started to add chicken the already PAID for xtra chicken, he lessened his grip and gave me a handful of chicken. And proceeded to put extra teriyaki on places I didn’t Ask for. NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED THIS BY SARKU. THIS IS ACTUAL RIDICULOUS AND I WILL BE SPEAKING TO A MANAGER BECAUSE that is unacceptable!

It's a place with delicious food ..good place and very nice very delicious sauces and more delicious teriyaki sauce

The workers here are always really nice and offer free samples the chicken teriyaki is what I always get and it’s pretty good! If they run out of chicken then you might have to wait a little longer but it’s alright!

Used to eat here religiously over a decade ago. After going back recently, they cross-contaminate their utensils when they are cooking their raw chicken/pork/beef/shrimp. I'm really allergic to shrimp; I don't know if there is a new owner, but it's sad that I can't eat there anymore.

We visited this Sarku Japan restaurant last week for lunch, because it was not very busy. So we decided to place a takeout order, rather than dine in. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was very affordable, and tasted very good. We felt like their quality and quantity of their portions were very good 👍

I came by this establishment to order lunch for my family and I . I wanted to do the teriyaki combo but due to allergies i needed my shrimp on the side since i would be sharing with my daughter and she is allergic . I was turned away and told no my order couldnt be made . Telling my 2 year old daughter that she cant have a meal because they didnt want to make it is highly offensive and disappointing ! You’re telling me absolutely NO accommodations could be made ? I work in the food industry myself so this was definitely an unwelcoming experience and i will be spreading the word ! Starting with google !
