Made reservations for 730..we arrived 720 and we're not seated until 812. Others without reservations were sat, basically the reservation meant absolutely nothing. Our waiter did initially greet us and serve us our drinks and starters ( him or another server) Never came around and checked on us. Being in the industry myself for over 20 years, I know he definitely could have upped his sales with drinks and/ or dessert. His tip could have been alot more had he been more attentive! The sous chef was wonderful, as was the food! 5 star all the way! Service and cleanliness was definitely 1 star!

Didn’t even get to eat. Made a reservation and they still wanted me to wait 35mins. And they had a “oh well” attitude about it. It smelled like urine in there anyway. It was super crowded and hot in there.

Food, service and accommodation for our food allergies were great! It was just difficult for the older members of our party to sit at the tables due to having to step down into the seats. Still great food!
Dietary restrictions: Accommodate for food allergies, very friendly and helpful.

Met my family last night at Satos for a family members birthday. This place has been a family favorite since it opened. Last night was a terrible time. To say it was hot would be an understatement. My whole entire family was sweating profusely from the heat. And we were even seated by the air conditioning vent! Granted it has been hot outside lately, but I wouldn't expect a restaurant to be hotter inside than outside. Our poor cook was melting in front of our eyes. Our server was serving too many tables to provide us with any service although he tried his best. He was cheerful in spite of him being drenched in sweat. Our guess is that the ac unit is old and not capable of handling the entire restaurant. Patrons should not be sweating and dining in drenched clothing then running outside to cool off. My poor family member whose birthday we were celebrating ended up getting sick from the heat. Sadly this was our last time at this establishment.
