Everytime I go here the staff is sooo friendly and inviting and the food is stupid good, let me tell you as someone with 5 Years of Deli/Bakery Experience with that Fresh made in store bread and that meat quality and flavour you can't go wrong I have been here way too many times to count and I live in Chapin which is on the border of Lexington and Richland County so it is a 35-40 minute drive to get a sandwich but it is so worth it.

Ordered online and went to go pick up the order. Got to the store to find a note on the door saying Dine-in not available and only drive-thru or online ordering was available. Went to the drive-thru and no one was there. Checked multiple times and no one was even on site. Tried calling to see how I am going to get my money back since they obviously are not able to complete my order but the phone just keeps ringing and then hangs up. If everyone had to leave for an emergency that is fine, but don't say that you are still taking orders (and still accept orders online) when no one is there.
When Google AND your front door say you're open until 9pm, stay open until 9pm. This picture was taken at 8:20. On a road trip home to VA and this is the last one I was passing (that was "open"). Was very excited as this is one of my favorite places for food.Extremely disappointed.

The kitchen area is absolutely disgusting I saw when I asked for my soup to be heated after seeing the kitchen I threw my food in the trash and left will never recommend to anyone!! Who ever owns this restaurant should be ashamed!!!!

The sandwiches were good but expensive. We could have eaten a meal somewhere else. We ordered on a large sandwich, a small sandwich and 1 drink.

I was in the area, and decided to stop by and try their Fiesta Chicken sandwich. When I say delicious, I was quite surprised how good it was. I actually should've ordered two!I ordered at the drive thru, and the service was quick, and the gentleman working the drive thru was extremely nice.
Was not served at 8:40pm on a saturday. There door and online says they are open but it is not correct cannot rate food or service as I was never helped. This is also sadly the second time this has happened.
