I was in the area, and decided to stop by and try their Fiesta Chicken sandwich. When I say delicious, I was quite surprised how good it was. I actually should've ordered two!I ordered at the drive thru, and the service was quick, and the gentleman working the drive thru was extremely nice.
Was not served at 8:40pm on a saturday. There door and online says they are open but it is not correct cannot rate food or service as I was never helped. This is also sadly the second time this has happened.

Food and service are usually consistent. Prices are a bit steep, but I only visit about once a week, my special "treat." Cinnamon rolls off the chain. Unsweetened tea fresh and crisp ??! Avocado Turkey sandwich the bomb-diggidy smile ?!
It was alright food. Really like the salad. The service was ok at best . They didn't leave any silverware nor napkins and served me a cold pizza. The atmosphere just could have been better, but ah they have really good salads.

Went here today ordered meals for 2. Customer service was slack. No friendly faces throughout the store. I had to keep asking for things that was supposed to come with my order multiple times after spending $40+ on the meal. Only to be met with an attitude and a 15-20+ wait at the window , for 2 burnt pieces of bread. Gladly turned around and brought it back for new ones. Was not worth it, do not think I will be back any time soon

Went to Schlotzsky's because I had a sweet tooth & it was a good choice! The cinnamon roll was nice and warm and had the right amount of sweetness. The service was nice and fast. I went through the drive through but next time I'll have seat inside. Everything on the outside was clean.
