Walked in with the family and stood there for about 10 minutes without service. Didn't even get acknowledgement. the workers where all in the back talking and when they came to the front they walked right passed the counter and into the back again so we walked out and vowed to never to walk back in again.. the appearance looks a lil run down and dirty.. no menu in view either.. I would recommend this place to anyone..

Had a scheduled end-of-day pickup via the TooGoodToGo app. Pickup window was 7:30 to 8pm. I showed up at 7:42pm and it looked like they had been closed for a while, despite them having a scheduled pickup. Luckily the app gave me a refund, but if anyone else is trying to use this app to score gelato, I’d say it isn’t worth your time.

Would not come out the back to service me at 2:30 pm saying they are close when others are clearly outside being service . Maybe it’s my skin color , not sure did not feel welcoming

Dude behind the counter essentially said I was an idiot for not having realized they were out of gelato, and even tried to correct me when I called it ice cream. Lol. Better off taking your business to some other ice cream shop in five points.

Very good gelato. For us, the service was a big problem though. No one was at counter. We had to wait a few minutes, then saw someone sweeping the floor in the back. She saw us but didn't acknowledge us or come help us until we asked her if we could get some help. When she served as she never even looked at us or said anything at all, and she served my wife the wrong flavor. When we saw what had happened I had to get her attention again. She did not speak but gave us the correct flavor this time after a heavy sigh. I'm sorry if she was just having a bad day, but we expect more than what we received.

Scoopy Doo is a fantastic gelato shop with friendly service and delicious gelato! I tried the blueberry lemon lavender sorbet and peanut butter sorbet, and both were amazing. The blueberry lemon lavender was one of the best sorbets I've ever had - the flavors were perfectly balanced. The peanut butter sorbet was creamy and not too sweet, with a strong peanut butter flavor. Highly recommend!
Best gelato I’ve had. I love the chai and pistachio flavors in particular. Great atmosphere too.
