I ordered an Oreo milk shake and as I was waiting for my order another car pulled up behind me and the young girl in the window told me “sir, can you move out of the way” because she wanted to service the people behind me which felt very unprofessional on my end. On top of having to wait behind a red SUV that the cashier held the line up to gossip with which made me 20 minutes late to pick up my son.This is my second time visiting and it will probably be my last due to this company’s HR letting children without manners and common decency run the place. 1/10

Hello,

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your location on Saturday, August 30. I placed two orders of egg bites, but unfortunately, both were still cold (al.ost frozen). I didn’t notice until I was already on the highway on my way to North Carolina, so I wasn’t able to turn around.

This isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced at this location. The ordering process has been inconsistent, because the speaker doesn’t work, staff members take orders outside, which often causes confusion. I’ve also noticed that I’m not always asked about my membership, and if I forget to mention it, I miss out on my benefits. On a different occasion, I was given the wrong drink, and in general, the drive-thru service tends to be very slow.

I’ve continued to visit because I prefer supporting your business over Starbucks, but the repeated issues are making it difficult to justify. I really hope these concerns can be addressed so I can keep choosing Scooters.

Car required to buy anything here. If your car is over 9’ you also can’t buy anything here. No entrance or pickup window for humans. We went to Starbucks instead.

This was our first time to Scooters. The only good thing was the sweet girl that helped us and explained a lot of the menu items to us. She was very professional and nice. We wanted a cold brew and they were out of it. We wanted whole milk and they were out of it 🧐so we ended up getting an Americano and it was the worst, most bitter coffee we’ve ever had. We also got a caramelicious iced latte. Because they didn’t have whole milk, we had to do oat milk which made it taste so nasty. We won’t be coming back, unfortunately.

My wife took her genesis for a last minute oil change. Left there and the skid plate came started dragging. Took it back manager said they didn't touch that part of the car. Was allowed to view video and it doesn't show work being performed underneath. Noticed it went from one to three conversating around the vehicle. I asked if there were more the one drainage plugs and I was told I was being condescending and asked to leave or he would call the police. I wanted answers so I waited for the authorities. To wrap this up, I got a damaged car and a trespassing, I can't go back to the company that damaged my vehicle. Was told it's a civil matter now. Off to court we go.
No damage to front bumper but the manager said my wife had to hit something in the road.

I had a peanut butter crunch blender and bacon burrito... and the burrito compere with other times was disgusting, the crew was not friendly this time.... just took my money. I wish I can put the picture how the food looks

This is my second time trying this place. The first time I tried it.I didn't like it so much. This time was a little better. The girl that took my order was very knowledgeable on the menu. I
Asked if they had any fun things for kids and they did. My daughter got a little snack box with a slushy that the girl recommended that my daughter enjoyed very much. The only thing was I did ask for an energy drink and she forgot to add it to the check which is not a big deal.I probably didn't need it anyway. I will be going back.

Coffee tasted fine but couldn’t provide a receipt and so they just ok a picture of their screen for me and I realized they charged me a dollar for a small cup of water after I paid 10 dollars for a drink and didn’t tell me that it was going to cost a dollar. This also the third time that I have asked for no whip cream at this location and have put whip cream on my drink

The normal girl that's always here when I go hasn't been there in over a week now the new person I don't know if she's training or what but she sucks if you're missing stuff please let it be known at the window when the order is placed don't let it be known after I've gotten an incorrect looking older because you're missing stuff
