Try a new place and end up regretting it scooters coffee prices are freaking ridiculous to Oreo bites about the size of a silver dollar $5.69 out freaking rages I didn’t get a receipt I mean the girl was nice but these prices is out freaking rages man. I don’t know if they competing with damn Starbucks or what but come on bro come out way more than Starbucks we looking for places that has reasonable prices to Oreo bites shouldn’t cost half of the cell phone bill, freaking rages will not come back here never ever again

The Wilder Experience
We decided to try Scooters Coffee Clemson Rd in Columbia Sc. today??♀️ We ordered one medium white mocha one small Turtle Latte and mini Doughnuts for a total of $13.09 The Drinks were the same size. ?When the first cup of unlabeled coffee came through the window the cashier stated it was the turtle latte. The individual who ordered this drink immediately took a sip the cashier then decided to asked the person making the drink if the first cup was the turtle latte by this Time I had already taken a sip from my cup of white Mocha when we found out the cashier made a mistake the first cup was suppose to be mine. Instead of immediately offering to fix new drinks the cashier stated she could give us NEW LIDS?I said No because the other person wasn’t feeling well. We handed our unlabeled drinks back to the cashier and she claimed new drinks would be made. We pulled around and when the drinks came out I asked if the drinks were remade or where the lids swapped the employee state No that’s not how it works and walked off. Lies!!!’ I personally don’t believe the drinks were remade considering the idea of a lid swap was initially offered. This was my FIRST and My Last visit. I should’ve went to Starbucks instead??♀️ drink items should be labeled when giving them to customers. If it is store Error the idea of a Lid swap Should NEVER be offered as a way to fix the mix up of drinks when customers have already drank from the cups. #canalcoffee F for drink handling.
I love this place. Great food, Great drinks. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rewards program is great and is easy to get free drinks fast.I have had issues in the past and they quickly resolved.

I love scooters!!! I was really impressed by the service at this location and also in Sumter. Seems they train employees very well. The coffee has been amazing both times i’ve gone and the drive through extremely fast. They make my coffee better than other chains so i will be going here from now on in the future.
