Walked in and there were little to no customers. Checked out the buffet but was sorely disappointed. Very small selection of proteins and everything just looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Only 2 buffet tables so not a lot of options. Very run-down, bathrooms were dirty. Staff seemed friendly and sat us right away but we will never come back here.

So I visited Shoney's on the 5-26-2025 at 745 am the food was warm grits was not hot at all it was so bad the cheese didn't melt I was charged about 17.00 per person to eat there the food could of been hotter I asked for more hotter grits and it was not done. So I decided to check the restaurant out and the vents in the ceiling were dirty dirt was clear to the human eye who ever owns this place needs to check on it asap I don't noe how they got a A in the food service going to the bathroom wallpaper coming down and the walls are a mess looking into the bathroom stalls they need to clean better. The only great 2 experiences I had was the waitress was nice she was very clean And attentive to us and the biscuits was good it's time to redo this store ceilings look a mess I would of added more pictures but I didn't wanna get anyone in trouble

Was treated rudely and the waitress got in my face because they were switching out the lunch buffet to dinner. All I did was go up to see what they had for the breakfast buffet . Never again will I go until they find new employees and management

We ordered hamburgers and they were two of the best we've ever had! Even better than some high-end restaurants where we've eaten! Kudos to the chef!

Rude hostess told an elderly woman to "shut up" when she asked to get window seating. Mind you, it was Christmas! Smh. We ate some breakfast and tried some lunch/dinner. The food was below standard all around. Some of the options were empty and it took a while to be refilled. If you're looking for a cheap buffet, then expect cheap service...unfortunately

Place needs some serious help, mediocre, breakfast bar , it use to be good, it's since gone down hill. A deep cleaning of this place may help. All I see from the comments, in regards to the current state of this place is a bunch of apologies, but nothing is being done to make it better. It could be so much better.
