Nice to get to eat at Shoneys again, but we're saddened to learn that this Shoneys was permanently closing the next day at 2:00 PM. Service was good, but she brought our check while we were eating and never returned. We were both going to eat one last Shoneys dessert 🍨 but finally ended up leaving as no one ever showed back up.
I was invited to the Shoney’s by my family members, and I thought that the Shoney’s had went out of business so I hadn’t seen any in so long. Years prior to this I went to the Shoney’s off of Garner ferry Road and they used to have the T-bone steak special And it was so good then it was sad and when I saw that they had closed for good, but now to have found another Shoney’s that’s seem like it’s been sitting there for decades and still offering that delicious buffet....
So I visited Shoney's on the 5-26-2025 at 745 am the food was warm grits was not hot at all it was so bad the cheese didn't melt I was charged about 17.00 per person to eat there the food could of been hotter I asked for more hotter grits and it was not done. So I decided to check the restaurant out and the vents in the ceiling were dirty dirt was clear to the human eye who ever owns this place needs to check on it asap I don't noe how they got a A in the food...
