Besides it being super hot upstairs and it being small.. it was an okay spot. We had no issues with booking a section and everything went smoothly. We also kept calling to make sure our section was still secured based on the reviews.

I went to check the vibe out because my friend Ashley work their, and she always invite me to come and enjoy the vibe . So i wanted to give it a try and a honest review. The vibe was nice, they play old r&b which i love. The music was loud it was a complete vibe . I ordered mild wings and fries and Philly cheese real egg rolls. The food was good. I ordered a drink as well. The bartender made a great drink. Overall this experience was a complete vibe. It was a bit pricey for the wings which is why i gave 4 stars. I will go back to try another dish and overall enjoy the great vibes and music

I celebrated my birthday at Silk yesterday. First time there and I truly enjoyed myself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The drinks were awesome as well as the food. NO complaints from me. I will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks for making my experience a great one! :)

I normally don’t do reviews. However, Silk lounge will never see me again. Unprofessional establishment. Highly do not recommend. They legit try to up-charge at the door based on appearance. So it’s either you are conning people or your workers are conning at the door! I was attempted to be charged $30 entry fee after hearing a different price upon approaching. After being looked up and down, the price changed to $30 entry fee, despite my friends being charged between $10-20. Instead of addressing the situation, I was blocked and the comment was removed from social media. Multiple customers of this establishment have said the same thing even down to poor customer service and food quality. Definitely a first and last time type of establishment.

Won't be going back. I went when they first opened and it was nice. Went last night and it's not the same. The waitress at the bottom bar was rude. She repeatedly served the same group of guys while making everyone else wait. We had to keep going downstairs for Casamigos because they didn't have it upstairs. I was charged $20 and my husband was charged $30 but I observed several people not pay to enter. It reeked of weed smoke. They even charged $2 extra for a shot size portion of red bull to go with the drink. It was a big disappointment. It's hard to support urban businesses.

I came here with my girls to enjoy my 35th birthday (we drove all the way from Spartanburg sc) we called to reserve a section days in advance and got no answer…finally today we got in touch with someone. They gladly took our money over the phone $220.00 and assured us that we had a section. We were the 1st ones here at 9:30 as instructed. Once we were seated we ordered a hookah while we were trying to enjoy ourselves the manager came over to us and told us we had to move and we gladly asked for a refund…to no avail no one is trying to refund us. This place is not worth it.

We reserved a section for my sisters birthday we were the 1st ones here at 9:30 like they asked 30 mins into our hookah & drinks the “Gm” with the bob came over and told us we had to move because the section they seated us in was already booked. We are still waiting to get our money back!!! This place is tacky and ragged with no organization or class. I was warned not to go here…I should have listened.
Came here for my friend’s birthday and honestly had a good time. The whole place was a vibe and the managers were so respectful and made us feel very welcome. The server (I think her name was Breanna) also did an Amazing job. For it to have been her 2nd day you couldn’t even tell. Wish they had a bigger menu but the lamb chops were to die for. Definitely recommend!

Arrived at 8:05 no one was available for for sitting. Waited 45 minutes drinks order that never arrived. Unprofessional customer service. What a great end to a much needed date night! Definitely felt like we didn’t fit the criteria for your average black person.

Silk was definitely a great time!! Our server was so nice and friendly, the manager (can’t remember his name) he was great also he literally came around making sure everyone was okay and having a good time, the drinks were definitely great, the hookah was great, and our dinner was great also. I recommend reservations if you coming with more than 3 people. We look forward to visiting again!!

The food was amazing but if you plan to have a party here make sure you get it in writing. We have been in contact with employees of the establishment about having a party and booking a booth. Everything was solidified weeks before the event. The day of the event there was no booth reserved. They tried to accommodate by putting us on the patio. It was in the 30s that night and they didn't have propane in the heaters. My entire party was scattered out around the upstairs and we couldn't party together.
