Never go to this sonic, the times I have come it takes 30+ minutes to get to the drive thru window. Never worth the time for the food

Late nights it's SOOOOOOO BACKED UP there's no use going there unless u have 2 hrs to waste. It was like 4 n the morning this time & I still had to wait about 45 mins with only 5 cars from the pickup window to where I was. There's no sense n any place taking that long & calling it fast food!

I waited 50 minutes for a milkshake while I saw people enter the drive thru and get their food fast. Also, when I tried to buzz for help they kept dismissing me stating how the stalls close at 9:30, even though I had to check in at the stall for my order. They’ll ignore you if you stand at the window. They didn’t even offer anything to correct this.

Got sick with a friend after eating bad onion rings with loose batter that fell apart...they're usually good. The cookie cheesecake milkshakes were not mixed normally (huge lumps in the bottom) and had a strange chemical taste on the cups. Been on the toilet all night. Never had a problem with their food before. Going to be a while before we go back.

I had a chili cheese coney, which was good. But my wife had the chicken sandwich, which was extremely dry and didn't taste good. Our carhop brought out our food, but didn't come out one time to check on us. Very disappointed. While we were eating outside a manager had a meeting 2 tables away from us with a couple of employees, and they were smoking the entire time. We couldn't enjoy our meal due to the cigarette smoking by their employees.

very rude workers, worker slammed drive thru window in our faces because she forgot part of our order, then gave us the wrong item. also, the food was very cold and stale.only giving one star because i can't give zero.

Payed 40 dollars at sonics for delivery and they forgot my drink. How do you forget the drink we made it clear what we wanted? Oh well. It's better to pay up front.

0 stars is generous. This is the worst location of any restaurant in Columbia. Placed an order at 9:30; and employees (if that's what we're willing to call them) told me at 10:30 that my pickup order was invalid. Completely understandable from worthless hourly workers. Will never return and i advise you do not either.

the staff was absolutely amazing ! arleisha (i’m sorry if i’m spelling your name wrong) was so amazing. she brightened my friends and my day! she was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed before we left the window. 10/10 would recommend this
