1 star because after work I ate here and 4 hours later I was praying to god with the worst diarrhea in my life. This place needs a inspection for food safety.

Amazing food hot and fresh was there less than 4 mins. Got a #3 with no onions Large Mozzarella Sticks with ranch and a large Cherry Slush. Tasted amazing.

Asked for a mini cookie dough blast with added carmel, the girl taking the order was rude saying it comes with carmel already and then asked if we were still getting it or not. We were then handed the blast with very little cookie dough and no carmel. Corrected them, they took it to the back but we recieved it with added cookie dough, no carmel. Are these people slow or something? Worse customer service from a sonic iv ever been to.

This is my first ever google review, but just had an awful experience. I was at this location today and after waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes, I was told they weren't taking orders anymore. While this was happening two employees were screaming at each other in the parking lot.

We drove in today and got in the drive-in line. Downloaded the Sonic app and did the order ahead. Parked in stall number 11. After waiting 15-20 minutes a cook came out to say they are not taking any more orders. He was confused and just kept repeating yourself that he couldn't take any more orders. We explained we had already ordered and paid. He got the manager who was also outside telling people to leave and I could hear her screaming at him. She came over and said your order will be right out. This is the second time this has happened. This location needs help and needs training.

I had a mobile pickup order but when i tried to enter a stall number it told me all of them were incorrect. Had to pull through the line. Spent 10 minutes waiting to get to the order location and when i finally told there was asked to please hold and have been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to talk to me. Have tried to get someones attention mutliple times but no one will help me. I've genuinely never had this terrible of an experience anywhere before. Sonic doesnt offer refunds for non collected orders so I am still here waiting. Never coming to this location and possibly any sonic again.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I had an awful experience at this location. Ordered a slushy online and checked in and waited in a stall for 30 minutes without anyone coming out. Went to the drive thru and waiting at least another 30 minutes. Nobody answered the speaker. When I got to the window a girl named Aisha asked what we wanted and when we explained the situation she brought us the wrong slushy that was melted and clearly had been sitting out. I didn’t bother saying anything but asked to add a soda. She charged us almost $6 for a large soda and took several minutes to get it out the window. At that point I just gave up and left.

DO NOT GO HERE. All I ordered was one drink and it took a full 20 MINUTES to get my order. Staff was horrible, place looks awful. I would never go here again. Oh and on top of it after 20 minutes of waiting my order was wrong.

Our order was missing the chicken bites. We went back and told them. They apologized and gave us a bag of what we thought were chicken bites. It ended up being tater tots! Plus the food was extremely salty.

AWFUL first time experience this evening. Thankfully we were just in Columbia for a doctors appointment so I won’t ever need to visit this location again but talk about crazy. I get there to check in on the mobile app and the app isn’t working. So I go to walk towards the door to let somebody know I’m trying to pick up a mobile order and the kid was very polite. He went and checked on it for me he came back out and he told me that the Cook had left and that there was no one here to cook my food and I might have to wait on him to get back. What? That’s super weird. I’ve never been told that anywhere before so I said oh no I’ll just go ahead and get a refund then. So then the next thing I know the manager walks out full of attitude she was a skinny black girl, with long braids pulled back and she goes, “what you want a refund for the food’s read?” Very nasty. I told her what that boy told me about there was no cook which is why I was asking about a refund. And she had the nerve to look at me crazy and tell me that the Cook had prepared my food before he even left as if I was supposed to magically know that. No, I’m so sorry about the miscommunication. Have a great day. Nothing just full on attitude for no reason. I was super nice to you even though I was the one that was inconvenienced. Terrible customer service, Avoid this sonic and keep driving to the next!!! Trust me.

My granddaughter and I visited here after my doctors visit. When the girl brought the order we were a order of fries short.So my granddaughter gets out goes to the door ended up the girl gets into it with my granddaughter.To top it off the food was terrible.Never again will I go to this place.
