I’m in line every car in front of me got their orders taken and when it was my turn I was asked to hold a moment when turned into 15 mins that’s ridiculous and I’m still waiting I’m going somewhere else I don’t recommend no one going there for food at night the service is awful they should just close down

Crazy how im working uber and i have a job to do just as much as the employees here but when ive been sitting here and went thru the drive thru already for 45 minutes and they just keep taking drive thrus not answering the stalls is unprofessional as hell then when i come up to the window to show u i have a delivery and ive been sitting here for over half n hour already u ge an Attitude and start running ur mouth behind the window infront of ur customers is crazy do better poor staff

My family and I went to this location for slushies one evening. We approached the speaker and we were greeted. We needed a moment to decide on what we wanted and expressed this to the drive thru operator. They said ok, but never came back to get our order. We assumed we could be heard, so I placed our order. Silence as we waited for 5 minutes. Silence as we waited a little longer. We then approached the window and sat for another 5 minutes. When someone did approach the window, they wanted to know what we ordered. Turns out they could not hear us at the speaker or chose not to, I don't know. I'm telling the individual our order. As soon as I said slushie, we were informed the machine was down.

Pushed the red button and waited for someone to take my order, it said activated. Sat for over 5 min then saw cars going thru drive thru that had their orders taken before me. Tried to go thru drive thru and that was taking just as long. Now I gotta deal with frustrated kids that really wanted sonic today cause I can't sit like that.

The milkshakes were definitely worth the trip although the service this time was absolute garbage. The guy at the window didn't greet us. He didn't tell us our total. Just took the card ran it gave it back and walked away. Personally considering there may have been one vehicle there besides us at the speaker. 2 in the drive thru ahead of us they definitely were not busy so I definitely couldn't excuse it with that. People with that sort of attitude towards interacting with others to do their job definitely need to be out of the customers view while working. It would have been a 5 star review had there been a friendlier personality at the window.

Great place if you want to pay 6 dollars for some vanilla ice cream, because any "blast" you get is going to have about a tablespoon worth of mix-in, tops.

I waited 15 minutes before anyone answered me at the car hop. I finally got to place my order. It's been 40 minutes and no food yet. They won't answer me back. I left! Sonic had 2 customers. They left too.

As much as I love Sonic food, I just had the WORST experience at this location. I’m still in disbelief. They only had 2 people working for lunch hour on a Saturday. Whoever the manager of this branch is doesn’t care at all about their employees, or else they would have been there helping.
I ordered on the app at 12:10, it said it’d be ready by 12:16. We waited in the picnic area and played around for a bit (had two kids with me), realized it had been about 15 minutes and no one came out with the food. We tried calling by pressing the button at the stall, no one responded. About 30 minutes after placing the order I walked to the drive thru window. The employee looked like she was too tired to care about anything honestly. She wasn’t very apologetic, just said well there’s only two of us working in here, and there were too many online orders for them to make. About 45 minutes after placing the order, we went back to the window. They had cancelled it.
During this time I tried talking to their customer service line to give feedback, and they were extremely unhelpful as well.
Fast food restaurants CAN afford to pay employees better wages to maintain consistent staffing, they just don’t care about situations like this. So anyway. I’m feeling vengeful and putting them on blast. Sonic, do better
