I'm door dashing and this the drive Thur employee tells me that the order has been picked up but tell the customer that I was being rude.
And he reeked of marijuana and alcohol.

Retro Gaming

Fries are always dry and cold. Burgers are always nasty. I doubt the regional manager never orders from this Sonic. If they did, they'd be embarassed.

Infamous Kitten

Made an online order, went to the lot, and had to wait for over 10 mins even though I was the only person in the lot. Finally, I got tired and went through the drive-thru. The person inside had my order but simply didn't come out to give it to me. Gave no condiments.

The experience here tonight was hands down completely trash. The girl working the window was so rude and in such a hurry to rush us. Then our master oreo cheesecake shakes were a total uter disappointment. I showed the girl where's the oreos? Not even cheesecake taste in it she offered me a cup of oreo cookies to dump in my milkshake like what was I supposed to do with that? I've never had someone say they couldn't remake something I paid almost 8 dollars for and she forgot the oreos Never again will I be a customer here.

This is the first sonic I’ve seen with an indoor seating area sadly if management or the owner/owners don’t step in this place will rapidly decline.. we pulled in and the parking lot was DEAD so that was kind of a throw off then we went to order our food in the drive thru, the girl took the other cars order that pulled in after us first so we had to start talking in order for her to start taking our order.. the woman taking orders couldn’t understand anything of what was said, she kept having to repeat it and it was wrong time and time again finally we got it right, got to the window and still got the wrong drinks! She also charged us for the wrong order so we spent about ten dollars less (good for us but bad for the business) I’d avoid coming here until something is done about the staffs disorganization and their listening skills.

Idk they keep your card in the drive thru too long. I got paranoid that they were taking my card info down for bad intentions.

Drive thru not open 24 hours. 430 am on my workshift , stop in the drive thru. Takes a min guy who sounds like I just woke him up- gets on the intercom tells me they are only open for delivery drivers. I said I can't order he says "No".
Won't be stopping by this location in the future. Management should be aware.
