TJ's a great employee, everytime i go here ,which is alot, between doordash and my own meals, he's consitantly providing great customer service, and sonics' should consider themselves lucky and cut this man a bonus based off the profits earn quarterly.

Do not go at night I hours l guess is what I have found. Ordered premium chicken and it was so hard it tasted like it had been sitting put for hours. Could not eat.

Fight broke out the first time I came here between employees.
Second time the ice cream machine wasn’t working(or just not doing milkshakes at that time?)
Today was my last visit at this location due to being pulled up for DRINKS. After waiting maybe 10 minutes for my drinks I asked the person who brought my drinks for marinara sauce since they gave me NONE she replied “I have ranch” easily visibly upset she had to go back inside for my sauce the DISGUSTING part up next after waiting another 5 minutes
A STRANGER NOT IN UNIFORM BROUGHT ME MY SAUCE. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THIS PLACE? It needs to be shut down due to food safety procedures not being adhered to I will be looking into reporting these incidents to dhec or the proper channels.

I ordered a mini Blast which was $4.15, he did repeat my order back correctly but when I got to the window she said my order was 6 and some change, I gave her $7 and then she asked me if I wanted my change back (yes people want their change back don't even ask). I asked her why my order was $7, but when she handed me my order it was the largest size, I just took it and it was not good, trash more than half. (It was like a milkshake thats been sitting).
Please do better it's summer time and hot consumers want their Oreo blast prepared like it should be.

I just wanted a couple of corn dogs. Unfortunately, the ones I got were not cooked properly. Breading on the inside was definitely undercooked.

Intrigued Mind

The wait can be pretty long at this location, and it doesn't make it better when the cashier starts to take your order, then tells you to hold on and never comes back. I had to end u0 leaving. I won't return to this location.
