Waited nearly ten minutes for our order to be taken (the gentleman ahead of us waited even longer). Had to remind the staff more than once about our drinks. Food was fine, interior is clean. Several drive-thru customers came in to have their orders completed properly while I was here.

CHRIS AT THE WINDOW------ 1st ray of sunshine, he had some trouble hearing us so he came outside. From the window. He could have asked us to come inside or pull through but he didn't. 2nd nugget of awesomeness- he made me a special order "patty melt" (y'all need to bring it back) and when I thanked him he stated " no thanks needed, thats my job" In a world full of mediocracy we need more CHRIS. Ordered coffee. When handed to me the I asked "is this hot coffee". The lady working at drive thru had a very bad attitude and replied yes. The worst service and even worse coffee
On my last visit I saw fruit flies hanging around the soda machine. They weren't there this time so I was hopeful but the soda still tastes bad. When I just poured water THIS WAS THE RESULT.

Burgers were ok the cheap cheese takes away from the burger tots were fresh and delicious and Corn dogs were good no complaints from the kiddos. The guy working drive thru has been there for a while and still nerves and on edge but overall good customer service

There really should be more stars available for the customer service that Chris gives. He's always bubbly and super friendly. Quck with to speak when I walk in the door, knows my order before I even place it. My food is always fresh and hot and not made sloppy like other restaurant chains 🙃. He's a great employee.

My husband and I drove through the drive thru, staff asked to give them a minute. Since a couple cars were in front of us we assumed they were backed up. We waited a good bit so I decided to look and saw the cars were gone. My husband then asked if anyone was there and no one answered. We then proceeded to wait 5 more minutes and thats when I asked if anybody was there. We waited approximately 15 minutes after the lady asked if we could give them a minute. Literally nobody came back to serve us. Horrible experience, definitely not coming back here.
