RUN. I always have the WOST experience at this Sonic. I came there Sunday to get ONE burger. ONE BURGER! NO CUSTOMERS IN SIGHT (wonder why) I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. Why did it take 15-20 mins to receive? Then my bag was opened and not taped properly??? Like this establishment does not care. I kick myself every time I come expecting better treatment. Do better!

They are so sorry. I went there at 745 in the morning they said it would take 10 min to get my food to me because they were counting money however when I pulled in front and they are all just talking. Get it together
Quite possibly the worst Sonic I have ever visited. I ordered in the app and queued up in the drive through line. Current time was 10:43 pm with the app claiming that our food would be ready at 10:49 pm We then sat in line just before the speaker for the next 10 minutes with the line not moving at all. So, I pulled around to the stalls, #7 to be exact. I checked in on the app and the display said my food was in the kitchen. At 11:05, the screen advanced to they were on their way and then reset to the default screen. After another 5 minutes I pressed the call button. An additional 5 minutes passed and a very rude person asked what I wanted and that I would have to go through the drive through. I asked why they never brought my food and they just turned the speaker off. So I pulled into the drive through line again. The young lady on the speaker there was very polite. When we got to the window, which took another 5 minutes, she handed me a bag and a drink and apologized for the wait.
The bag was stone cold, the burger order was terribly wrong (super sonic plain and dry add lettuce instead of super sonic cheeseburger no tomato, onions, or mayo) and the drink was watered down. I will not be back to this Sonic and would advise everyone else to avoid it as well unless you have an hour to waste to get the food that you don't want.

I can't comment on the food yet, as I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered to the stall. The display screens need maintenance, and it's hit or miss whether they'll even work to take your order. Overall, it's a poorly run location. Expect long waits and potential mismanagement of your food. It's disappointing to see a Sonic in such a state.

Kids that are rude, don't want to listen to the order to get it right. Young black girl with the piercings in her nose was increasingly rude. On today 07/25/2025 @ 12:46 am.

Whoever workin the drive-thru this morning has a huge attitude problem and should not be customer facing. She should also learn to enunciate so people can understand her. 7/19/25, 7:20am.

I took my grandchildren to the Sonic @ 8821 Farrow Road. I will never use that location again. First I parked in a space to order food and a gentleman came over and asked if I could go through the drive thru because they were doing shift change so I went through the drive thru. I ordered a small cheese stick, 3 Blue Raspberry Slushies with Cotton candy Boba (my granddaughter said it tasted like hand sanitizer) 3 pretzel sticks and a Chicken sandwich meal on Texas Toast with tater tots. First the young lady kept asking questions about what I was ordering like she couldn't hear me. I had to repeat myself several times so I felt sure she had received my order correctly. I pulled around and the music was so loud no wonder she couldn't hear me when i was placing the order. I get the Boba slushies, my husband's coke, pay and am asked to pull around by the back doors where I sit and wait patiently. Time is going by and I don't think anything because I know the chicken sandwich needs to be cooked properly. I see 2 male employees going to their car to chat and see another one that brings 2 large bags of food and 2 large drinks out for another car but not thinking it's a customer because he gave the food to the person in the backseat on each side. I'm thinking this might be a friend bc who would give people their food in the back. I finally get my chicken sandwich meal, cheese sticks and NO pretzels at all! The girl that brought the food said she didn't hear that nor did she charge me but I told her I ordered 3 orders and repeated myself several times. Now I'm in a rush bc I have to get back to my job working remotely and I had already been gone to run to probate court because my brother recently passed away. Now I have to wait for these to be cooked only for her to bring out 2 orders when I clearly said 3. I went to the backdoor and asked for another order and didn't have a problem paying for them which I did. Needless to say it took over 30 mins of all this and I was beyond frustrated, irritated or just plain mad because I saw no leadership in that restaurant or the workers didn't really care. I feel like there should've been a manager or lead of some sort running the shift and I didn't get that impression that there was one there. It was like the employees could do what they wanted. The first giveaway was the loud music at the drive thru which was inappropriate. I will not be visiting this Sonic again and will make sure I spread the word.

I would give them zero stars. I waited at the drive through place to order for five minutes, and no one helped me. I kept saying hello, but nobody responded. Eventually, I drove up to the window, and a man walked past me, laughed, and kept going. This experience has left me upset at the start of my day. This place has terrible service.. And yes I will be escalating this.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 DRINKS that were ordered ahead on the app. What's the point in ordering ahead and pulling in the stall and no one answers. I pull to the drive through and the cashier asks to see my phone to see the order. Then she says she's new and doesn't know how to make a grape limeade. This is totally unacceptable.
If your suppose to open at 6AM why and this is opening time , why do I have to wait until 630 or 7am for you to start taking orders because yall are not ready in time ,these places have to do better with hiring ,& actually getting people in the building who actually cares about there job & not just putting bodies in the building
