I would give them zero stars. I waited at the drive through place to order for five minutes, and no one helped me. I kept saying hello, but nobody responded. Eventually, I drove up to the window, and a man walked past me, laughed, and kept going. This experience has left me upset at the start of my day. This place has terrible service.. And yes I will be escalating this.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 DRINKS that were ordered ahead on the app. What's the point in ordering ahead and pulling in the stall and no one answers. I pull to the drive through and the cashier asks to see my phone to see the order. Then she says she's new and doesn't know how to make a grape limeade. This is totally unacceptable.

If your suppose to open at 6AM why and this is opening time , why do I have to wait until 630 or 7am for you to start taking orders because yall are not ready in time ,these places have to do better with hiring ,& actually getting people in the building who actually cares about there job & not just putting bodies in the building

We waited 30 minutes for our food in the drive thru. And we ordered ahead. There were no apologies. They even had to ask exactly what our order was. Customer service needs to addressed here. Horrible service.

Ordered two smashers and I got just the regular patties on both burgers. Asked for extra onions on one I got none at all. Said light sauce and looks like they put extra. I’m highly disappointed, they’ve never messed up my order this bad. And also fries were cold.
Was asked to verify what I wanted on my cheeseburger #1 3 times to get the opposite of what I wanted. Couldn’t drive back due to me just leaving hospital for an emergency. Will be calling in am to get a replacement as they won’t answer phone. This is unacceptable as money is hard to come by to not get the enjoyment of what you pay for!

Ordered a large sweet tea waited for 20 minutes. I even ordered online and waited. Finally got my tea When I went to take a drink, all I got was a mouthful of sugar got home had to dilute it down with some warm water. I dumped my glass into another glass to mix with warm water and the bottom of my cup was A pile of sugar
