Best thing about Sonic is drink options and hours of operation. Other than that ... Meh food, and over priced.

After placing my order on the app I drove across the street to pick it up... pulled up and checked in....waited 25 mins and watched about 3 orders come out....wasn't even busy... after waiting the 25 mins I walked in, even though they were supposed to bring it out....got my order and checked it.... IT WAS WRONG. so not only did I wait and have to go in but it was WRONG. Now if they were busy,sympathetic or seemed like they cared in the slightest this probably wouldn't bother me so much but there was no excuse

Staff is extremely friendly every time we come, with the exception of an employee named Frank Manning. He is very rude and snappy with customers. Sonic leadership needs to remove him as he is a morale buster. The only other thing is the food is sometimes served cold. Please just work on food temps. Hot food needs to be served hot and fresh! I hate having to return food because it isn’t fresh.

So many milkshakes to choose from! Burgers are good also. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere only because it's drive thru or order from speaker and eat in your car.

The food was not great. The fries were cold and the soda was flat. Ill find another Sonic to frequent.
Since I'm Hispanic, they left me waiting for more than 40 minutes to bring me my food, and even though I used Google Translate, they didn't understand me or pretended because even though they took my order, they made me go ahead. After a while, a girl came and asked me for my order again, and then they left me waiting for more than 40 minutes to bring me my food, which was already cold.
