Drive through Time was fast! On my first trip, I had an "ice issue" with my Strawberry Lemonade (I received ULTRA ice when I specifically asked for "Light ice"). I went back to Sonic on the second trip, and an employee named "Caleb" /"Kaleb" made it better by providing me a new lemonade and great customer service (lack of negative attitude and apologies, even though he wasn't the one who created my drink in the first place). Overall, the food and service were good, I would visit this Sonic again. š
DON'T GO HERE unless you are starving. Also i have them TWO STARS but everytime i post it automatically gives 5 stars. Food was hot so they get two stars but the quality was trash. Not sure what kind of meat are the chicken tenders as they are always shribbled up in a ball like form. No more southwest sauce for the onion rings, no suggestions when I said I wanted a good mix flavor with sprite on top. There was only me and 1 other car and I was instructed to pull up. I was so hungry from running errands I forgot how bad this location Food is. I gave my tenders to our dog who have it 5 stars of course.

I come to sonic 2timrs per week because I work on hardscrabble . I ordered on the mobile app at 9:10 food was supposed to be ready at 9:17. Im leaving sonic at 9:27 now arriving late to work . For a small chicken bite and a wrap that was entirely too long and a major inconvenience this morning . Do better

Management was rude and overwhelmed started a argument with customers and his team just because he was in a bad mood I really wanted to asks for my money back thatās was a bad look on sonics today when I just moved to the area
The food was old. Corndog old and floppy and fries also old and floppy like they been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Burger was blah. $28 down the drain. Never again.

Visited Hardscrabble location 3-5-25 a little after 4pm (not exactly sure what time). Drive through worker was great btwš.
Ordered 2 chili cheese tots. One of them had so little chili I thought it had none and no cheese. After moving the tots around I could see a little chill underneath. I took my order inside to request more chili. The young lady at the counter (brown or black hair⦠bob cut)ā¦looks at me like Iām crazy when I say and show her thereās barely any chili. She then says āwe canāt add anymore bc we have a new chili policyā.
I guess the chili policy didnāt go for my other order bc it was made right. Then tells me I would have to pay for a side of chili. š³I told her Iām not paying again for what I already paid. I didnāt even get to the no cheese part!!! They probably have a new ācheese policyā as well.š
Normally no issues at this location. However I wanted what I paid for.
This is more about the young lady than the tots. She was dismissive. I told her SHE deserved a bad review. So here it is.
Iād really like to know what this new chili policy is! I attempted to call 4x to no avail.

I am a loyal Sonic customer and have always loved your brand, particularly the strawberry cream slush, which I often order. However, my recent visit to the Hardscrabble Road location in Columbia, SC, on January 23, 2025, between approximately 2:00 and 4:00 PM, was deeply disappointing and left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Jeremy.
Upon pulling into the drive-thru, I was speaking with my passenger about my order when Jeremy greeted me over the intercom, saying, āHello, welcome to Sonic. My name is Jeremy. How may I take your order?ā Since I was still mid-sentence, I couldnāt respond immediately. Jeremy repeated himself with what felt like growing impatience. When I asked for a moment to finalize my order, he responded dismissively, āWell, just say that then.ā His tone was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
I decided to go inside and speak with a manager, only to find that Jeremy was the manager. He appeared frantic and unprofessional, despite there being minimal activity in the restaurant at the time. Instead of addressing my concerns promptly, Jeremy made me wait while he played on the computer. When he finally acknowledged me, his response was dismissive, asking, āWhat can I help you with?ā
When I asked if he had been the person on the intercom, he confirmed and continued to be unhelpful and combative. I requested the number for Sonic Corporate to file a formal complaint, and his response was, āIt doesnāt matter if I give you the number. All corporate is going to do is send me an email to address the situation.ā
Jeremy continued to challenge me, questioning the purpose of my complaint and making me feel as though he was baiting me into an argument. After finally handing me a receipt with no explanation, he dismissed me with, āNow you can go,ā as if I were being kicked out simply for voicing my concerns.
This experience was disheartening and uncalled for. No customer should be met with such hostility or lack of professionalism when raising a concern. Jeremyās behavior reflects poorly not only on this location but also on the Sonic brand as a whole. I urge Sonic to investigate this incident and review the surveillance footage from that day to ensure that this type of behavior is addressed and corrected.
Iāve always appreciated Sonicās service, but this encounter has made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand. I hope the corporate team will take this seriously and ensure that other customers donāt have to endure similar treatment.
As a DoorDasher I visit several sonics around the area and this one is always the best. I stopped and picked up food for myself tonight, and the service was amazing at the drive-through. I interacted with three different people, and every one of them were as kind as could be and it Was very quick service
Drive thru is the worst with who took the order. They are short patience. Today less than 10 minutes ago, I ordered 2 sonic burgers and onion rings. Got all the way home, no onion rings only French toast. Terrible order. Terrible service. The young lady at the window was nice. Never again. Sandwich cold. Tried calling the number disconnected.
