I love the location because it’s conveniently close to my home and my son loves to eat here. The staff is always polite but man EVERY single time I go, doesn’t matter if what I order is big it small I always have to pull forward and wait. It never fails.

Well! I stopped by this location recently with the children I nanny. They were exhausted and famished from our car ride back from the Hamptons (winter home) and desperately needed a bite to eat. I hoped and prayed that this Sonic would be the right place to stop, and I soon realized my prayers had been answered. Upon arrival I met the guardian angels of this Sonic location, Katie and Ginny. These girls catered to the children as if they were their own, answered our questions regarding dietary requirements (the children are gluten and nut free) and soothed their nerves until the food arrived. I highly recommend anyone visit this Sonic, and I highly recommend that these girls receive the highest raise possible because they are the highest caliber employees I have ever encountered at any fast food establishment. When I take the children to their summer home (Maldives), we will certainly stop back by and can only hope to see Katie and Ginny’s beautiful and helpful faces once again.

The chicken sandwich didn't have to tomato and lettuce to the chicken sandwichs,the chili had no beans tasted so cheap and not good at all,and the chili is so small for the price and I am so disappointed and spent 28 dollars for terrible food,will never go there

On Dec 2nd, around 11:40pm, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake with no whip cream and cherry. I can not have cherries. First shake I received had both so I sent it back. The second didn’t have whip cream but had a cherry so that was sent back. That’s when the employees started giving me an attitude and left the window for at least 5 minutes. The third and final shake I received had 7 cherries at the bottom. I understand it was close to closing time but jeez.

Stopped by this location around 3:30 today 11/7. Highly impressed with the service from the young lady at the window and the young man who bought out my mozzarella sticks. Both where very polite and made sure I had everything I needed.

UPDATE: Thank you Jamie for contacting us about this matter and reassuring that the way things were handled were wrong. This is a great example of how you made up a mistake and an awesome way to run your business.-----------------------------------We placed an order through the app and tried to use the side screens to check-in but we couldn't because for some reason our order disappeared from the app. So, we decided to go to the drive thru. When we got to the microphone they couldn't find our order. They double checked a few times until someone from their team, said that the order was handed to somebody else. However, when we got to the window, they stared at us to confirm whether or not it was us they gave the food to. We told them many times we didn't get the shakes but it seemed like they were skeptical of the whole thing blaming us for something they did. They acted very disrespectful and even took our license plate number to do who knows what. This happened today 10/11/2023 around 8:55pm
