Ordered on the app as I pulled up. Not even 5mins later the car hop person came out with my drinks. I expected them to be a lot slower since they were busy. Looked like all young adults working which says a lot. Most places now are 30+ minute waits for a simple order with young adult running the place. So huge kudos to this sonic for making my order so quick. Definitely a first for me, when it comes to fast and great service at any fast food establishment.

I did a mobile order today, got a cheeseburger and the pickle seasoned tots. The order was made on time (I had scheduled it because I was driving from kind of far off) and the man who brought it out was very polite
I had put in a request for extra pickles and they really hooked me up, food was good, great service

We sat at the drive through waiting for anyone to acknowledge us with no luck. After waiting for a good 10 minutes with no line left in front of us, and a line forming behind us, we pulled forward to the window to inquire and continued to be ignored with the lady at the window looking at us and actively walking away from us. When we were finally able to speak to someone we were told our order was taken but also that they couldn't hear us at the speaker? Then she walked away again.

Not only did Alana place my order incorrectly, when the manager came out they made no effort to correct my order and instead told me that I would need to pay again in order to receive the food that I had not received the first time so the first total on the screen was over $6 for a medium chili cheese type and then the screen flashed at the stall and the price was $5.71 and I was told that that was also for a medium I was so frustrated so livid and so disgusted that no one tried to make any corrections because they had got my order wrong that I ended up leaving without ever getting some of my food so I'll never be going back to this location and this location like many others have awful service do not spend your money here
