The worker Alana , she’s short , caucasian , dirty blonde hair i believe, Is very disrespectful and you can clearly tell she doesn’t give a damn about her job! Her attitude is always terrible and they always get my food wrong!!

I did a mobile order today, got a cheeseburger and the pickle seasoned tots. The order was made on time (I had scheduled it because I was driving from kind of far off) and the man who brought it out was very polite
I had put in a request for extra pickles and they really hooked me up, food was good, great service

We sat at the drive through waiting for anyone to acknowledge us with no luck. After waiting for a good 10 minutes with no line left in front of us, and a line forming behind us, we pulled forward to the window to inquire and continued to be ignored with the lady at the window looking at us and actively walking away from us. When we were finally able to speak to someone we were told our order was taken but also that they couldn't hear us at the speaker? Then she walked away again.

Not only did Alana place my order incorrectly, when the manager came out they made no effort to correct my order and instead told me that I would need to pay again in order to receive the food that I had not received the first time so the first total on the screen was over $6 for a medium chili cheese type and then the screen flashed at the stall and the price was $5.71 and I was told that that was also for a medium I was so frustrated so livid and so disgusted that no one tried to make any corrections because they had got my order wrong that I ended up leaving without ever getting some of my food so I'll never be going back to this location and this location like many others have awful service do not spend your money here

The service here is absolutely great! It was super busy when we got there and we still got our food quickly! The employee who gave us our food: named Ryan, was wonderful and works hard. :) I absolutely recommend coming here!

Haven't been here in a while due to the service in the past. We stopped by tonight for a quick dinner pickup and was not let down this time. Service was good, food was hot and they were quick. Maybe things are moving in the right direction.

Drive through after placing order online, which was horrible. I had to wait behind cars that ordered at the restaurant. The restaurant held up the line instead of having the car move forward as the sign states.

Something needs to be done about the night shift. All the kids working always take more than 10 minutes to get one order to a customer. Kids flipping and playing with their hair before giving customers their food isn’t very hygienic. And again the rate it takes them to fill orders is horrible

The burger there was not quite exquisite but it was swell nevertheless, the sundae itself provided an experience worth dreaming of later on, overall I would state: If you desire a nice meal quickly, traverse to this humble restraint, QUICKLY ESPECIALLY NOT DURING RUSH HOURS, and purchase a quaint meal that you will not quite devour but indeed enjoy.

Waiting a long time for the food order was all messed ?up didn't want ketchup or onions on my smashed burgers and on the kids meals for was so hard the kids wouldn't eat them tater tots was ice cold drink cup was hole leaking everywhere milkshake was melted I mean 50.88 cent please bad messed up not worth that???plus the long line Waiting to order 35min and 38min to get the food and can't get no one on the phone to tell them about it ???
