First time visiting, was nice to have parking right beside the building and not have to negotiate parking on the street. Cute little bakery cafe in a brick strip mall. Few people having a coffee on the patio area. Everything looked so delicious! House made breads, cookies, cakes, and fresh brewed coffee. Will have to come back for lunch, the sandwiches looked so good. Grabbed a bunch of cookies for some client gifts and some lemon bars for me šŸ˜. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all the different options they had freshly made that day. Will surely visit again!

Eleni, Chris, and their team love what they do, and it shows in their decadent treats and savory delights. It is always a treat to visit Sour & Salt, and they have frequent events and menu specials to make sure you don't stay away too long. Just today, I enjoyed a terrific Everything Bagel Sandwich with Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese. The best!

We ordered a Thanksgiving Meal from them and it was the best Thanksgiving holiday meal we had in years! The turkey was juicy and all the sides, so many delicious sides. We will definitely be doing that again! šŸ˜€

Great spot for authentic Bagels. Reminded me of Home.

Definitely is a bakery not a breakfast place or a place to go to when you’re hungry. Ordered a pork roll breakfast sandwich and it was depressing. I know we don’t live up North but it would’ve been much cheaper to make this breakfast sandwich at home. I’ve attached what my order looks like vs what a typical breakfast sandwich is supposed to look like. I went back inside and asked the woman at the register and she told me you should’ve told them next time that you wanted additional protein for an up charge. I don’t think it should be an up charge if initially you gave me nothing…
Was super excited to come, I drive past here all the time and am extremely dissatisfied.

A gem in Rosewood! I ordered the black forest cake and pistachio cake. I liked that the cakes were not overly sweet and the layers were moist and not dry. They also offer cookies, pastries, breads and bagels, bars, cheesecakes, and coffee, so there’s something for everyone who stops by!

I would recommend this bakery to others. This was the first time I ever been (even though I’ve been driving past it the last 3 years). My sister and I went at opening time and I could tell they had some loyal customers cause it was busy. We got the macarons, apple juice, and an everything bagel breakfast sandwich. I will say that the macarons were great, not too sweet but not too tart. The breakfast sandwich was on the drier side but the bagel was good, would like it with a sauce next time. But the star of the show was the owner, the banter was next level and she was so sweet, I would recommend going 10/10! Oh and if you want their full menu I would suggest going on the weekend because during the weekday it is a rotating menu :)

This place has seriously perfected their craft! The most incredible desserts, taste wise and artistry. The croissants are a must try along with their classic sourdough loaf. The bagels are the closest to NY you can get in Columbia. Cannot say enough good things about this spot. A local columbia staple!

The best bagel and breakfast sandwich in the city. Highly recommended snagging one to go! Very creative and delicious pastries as well!

Please put a sign up that lists your current items, coffee selections, etc. Also list price! This would eliminate the extensive repetitive questions by your guest. Clear your counter space for take out orders so the organization can be there and again it eliminates confusion. You have such a great space - utilization is key and then you can get guests in and out!

Here every week to pick up a loaf of sourdough. Always fresh and thinly sliced to my preference! The bagels are delicious too. They always have free samples out- which means my kids enjoy coming in and we get to taste a lot of yummy baked goods!
