I usually have the BEst experience at this Target. I shop there ALL the time. I frequent the Starbucks there as well and usually order even when I do pickups. Today was very disappointed because my drink was made wrong during my pickup. I called inside and the barista was willing to remake it and was very courteous. However, the white kid working drive up with short brown hair, kinda stocky, was so rude when I tried to explain the situation. He didn't even listen to what I was saying before cutting me off and saying I need to go inside for Starbucks.
If going inside was an option for me today, I wouldn't have ordered pickup. He was rude and left lasting negative feeling.

The reason for three stars is simple. I go to Starbucks in Italy and they serve cappuccino in a traditional ceramic mug. I go in the states and they do not. Be consistent Starbucks... You should at the very least, serve upon request the cappuccio in a traditional ceramic mug.

Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other complaint is that you can't place an order through the Starbucks app for this location - so no ordering ahead! And I really hate waiting in lines.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian food options and vegan milk options, as well.
This Starbucks is so fast and all of the Baristas are the absolute sweetest! Sometimes it's hard to find good customer service in South Carolina, but the batistas here exceed expectations every time!
