The reason for three stars is simple. I go to Starbucks in Italy and they serve cappuccino in a traditional ceramic mug. I go in the states and they do not. Be consistent Starbucks... You should at the very least, serve upon request the cappuccio in a traditional ceramic mug.
Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other...
This Starbucks is so fast and all of the Baristas are the absolute sweetest! Sometimes it's hard to find good customer service in South Carolina, but the batistas here exceed expectations every time!
