Terrible experience at this starbucks and never coming back. I ordered a special drink that I saw online and there was nobody else there (no line or people sitting and eating). It was the pumpkin spice frappucino with an added pump of vanilla and brown sugar. My cashier was Kyasia and as I told her my order she gave me a dirty look and turned to the other barista and started complaining about people seeing things on tik tok and running in to order things. She also said to her not making eye contact with me while I was right in front of her“People just make up stuff and people run in to get it. It’s unbelievable .” I still gave her a smile and said thank you while she just gave me another dirty look. I took a seat seat and it took them about 90 seconds to make it and they just sat it down with out calling to me or anything. No “have a nice day” “thank you” I got nothing. Its amazing the amount of attitude and complaining they do for a drink it took them a minute and a half to make. Especially when literally no other guests were around. It was for sure my first and last time being a patron at this starbucks.

I will not be coming to the Starbucks anymore. This is despicable. I ask for a caramel Frappuccino and they gave me a ginger caramel Frappuccino you guys need to be doing better with your services. You guys never have ice or whip cream. This is really sickening me Please do better for services or else I will call the manager for otherwise you guys never have product in your shop I will be calling a manager to check up on it. I will definitely need a refund this is very despicable. Why do you guys do? This is the worst Starbucks ever

Honestly..... don't know who the two girls working today are, but they had the worst attitude. They didn't greet, didn't listen to my order, which meant it ended up wrong, and then had "it's your fault" response when I told them.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER ! It's a heavy set black girl with a short hair cut that works there she is rude as she can be. i ordered my usual hot white chocolate mocha with whipped cream && caramel crunch. When I got my drink she didn't put the caramel crunch in there i asked her too even paid for it she gets mad at me && slammed my drink down cause she made it wrong . Especially since I was charged an extra 0.55 for it. long story short I had to give her the same energy she gave me over my 0.55 caramel crunch. i definitely won't be going back to this location even if they hire new people cause clearly youre hiring people who have zero customer service && no respect for they're customer!

It's like this Starbucks and the one in Sandhills are competing for worst store in the area. Terrible service, rude/lazy staff, and unreliable products. They consistently screw up orders, act ignorant when you attempt to correct them, and are uneducated on Starbucks' policies. I understand the Kroger is probably scraping the bottom of the barrel when hiring employees for this location but if this is the best you have to offer, you're probably better off closing the shop and further investing in quality improvements and quality employees.
