This Starbucks is located at the library and I have to order since I’m usually studying there. While the coffee quality is consistent with what I expect from Starbucks, there are a couple of aspects that left me scratching my head.Why does this Starbucks fill their Tall cups only halfway? It’s like they’re playing a game of “Guess the Remaining Space.” As a customer, I’d love a little more clarity on this. Perhaps a “Fill to Here” line on the cup?Now, this one baffles me. Why doesn’t this Starbucks participate in their rewards program? It’s like they’re saying, “Enjoy your coffee, but don’t expect any perks.” ?♀️If you’re a rewards enthusiast, consider exploring other nearby locations that actively embrace the program.

The Starbucks in the library opens early and closes late, Monday to Thursday 7:30-23:00, with slightly shorter opening hours on Fridays and weekends.Fully serving students in the library!But there are always queues all year round. Hahaha, the demand is very strong. It takes about 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to get the coffee.However, the milk foam of the latte is not very delicate, and it is not a very good experience to drink it.But you can drink coffee at your seat, so basically everyone has a cup.Btw, by the way, the library has free wifi. Even if you are not a student, you can come in to work and study.There are quiet floors and floors where you can talk.It's a very, very good library

Coffee is worse than normal Starbucks. Definition of too many cooks in the kitchen, the people working were having incredibly loud conversations and ordering felt like interrupting them. Not sure if they’re constantly training people but seems like an unnecessary amount.

I got told caramel drizzle does not come on a caramel frappacinno, it’s an extra charge. Unless something changed, I’m pretty sure it does. It tasted

These reviews definitely don't appreciate being a college student and needing a Starbucks when the times get tough. I can't imagine moving TCoop Starbucks out of TCoop...how would we get our study-time coffee fix? Recommend going down to lower quiet floors if the coffee shop noise bothers you. Personally I find it motivatingg.All of the staff are incredibly kind, serve a ton of customers quickly, and make great drinks. One of my favorite Starbucks locations!
I understand that Starbucks want to save cost recently. But if I order a pink drink and they only give me 2/3 of the drink, I believe that they are trying to humiliate customers.
