Merry Christmas I will tell I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 30 years and since the coffee and products. But this store has the worst service, the employees move like they don’t want to be here. I’ve ordered a simple coffee about 20 minutes ago before a group of people that were standing at the register and the group receives there order. Management I’m sure you are aware of your service at your store located at the Two Notch location. Just remember without people you have no business and just because your store is the only one for many miles hire people who want to be here. Now I did speak with Manager Jaysa who wasn’t even wearing a name tag and advised it was placed in the wrong location. The time now is the 2:00 PM when I received a fresh cup. I did ask the manager about her name tag and she stated she dumped the trash and wasn’t allowed to wear name tag when dumping trash and forgot to put back on. She stated I can contact the District manger. My post is sufficient for this complaint. Have a Happy New Year.

It’s just another Starbucks, the food or drinks aren’t any different but the people who work there are what gives it a 5 stars. Every time I come here it’s super busy… I don’t know how they do it while keeping such good spirits!

If I could give this store zero stars I would.
I’m a frequent visitor at Starbucks and I have NEVER had an issue. I recently switched jobs so I now have to go to this location because it is closer. I will not anymore. I have visited this location well over ten times, and I order at least ten minutes ahead on the app , every time. My drink is NEVER ready when I get there.
Today, specifically, I ordered on the app as I always do. I enter the store, my drink is not ready. I am waiting, as I am waiting I was asked twice why I was waiting. No one made my drink. I waited for about 15 minutes, I was late for work, and still NO DRINK. I would not recommend this location. It is thee worst. I watched all employees there, they are all moving like snails! Some of them were walking in circles instead of making my drink so I can go. In customer service, you guys have to understand that people are moving and doing things, and have to be places at a certain time.
It gets better…I let the girl know that they were taking too long and I had to go. I asked if I could request a refund on the app, she said yes. When I get to work to request the refund…you actually cannot do that it has to be in store. Starbucks please inform your employees on the policies of the restaurant. I love Starbucks, but I may need to find me another drink spot. Beware everyone!

Gave this location a try, then received the wrong coffee order and didn't have time to go back to the store.
EDIT: Tried to request a refund and was denied. It is clear why the brand has customer service issues and financial challenges.

Closest bucks to my house and I couldn't be happier. My coffee is always perfect and the staff are always super friendly. Normally I have to hit every bucks in a new town before I find a good one and most of the time they are never a close so I can't rave enough about this one!!! Ty for being so good!

Never heard this before, But I just passed by this location to get me a Venti drink They told me that they didn’t have any Venti size cups, and offered me a grande. I told him I didn’t wanna grande and ask them if they could just do my Venti drink and put it in a Trenta cup. He said no, he couldn’t do that So I’m being forced to buy a smaller drink instead of just giving me the drink that I’m asking for and put it in a bigger cup And he clearly said “no we can’t do that and we’re not breaking our policies for you” Yeah, your policies make a whole lotta sense

It depends on the time of day or the baristas, sometimes the food is great but sometimes it tastes awful. The same with the drinks, sometimes they are amazing and sometimes they tasteless. Today June 12th, 2025 3:14, the food was awful. The baristas are very kind and nice. Please pay attention to the food you serve.
