The customer service sucks! I tried giving them multiple chances. I stopped going but today I went and they messed my coffee up, instead the employees what the CUSTOMER WANTS in their coffee, ask the customer. The employees act as if they don't want to be at work. I think I was overcharged because I pay 6.60 for what I get every morning at different locations but this one charged me
More....... . They don't take cash, and don't make your coffee correct!

They do not accept cash for some reason and have no signs anywhere. Stood in line so I couldn't get any coffee. I'm working so I only bought cash with me

It's a typucal Starbucks but the setting is much cooler. You walk down to the basement from the street and there is plenty of interesting architectural detail. Lots of wood, tile, and mirrors. Very peaceful.

The location of this Starbucks is great. I love the underground / speakeasy nature of this store. On the downside, I always get my latte without foam and there was a 1 inch layer of foam in the drink.

We always love this location, but the few times we have recently gone, the atmosphere is quickly shifted. We don’t know if they're management but one young lady has blue hair and the other wears a hijab, and they come off rude and abrasive. Today we saw it towards the other employees. These ladies may not realize it but they take the atmosphere way down. Even some of the employees moods completely changed. Customer service at anytime is important, and especially on a busy Saturday. Work days can be rough but kindness cost nothing.

When I went here the food was quick and the service was generally fine.

However on my last visit I was told that military discount is not given at this Starbucks by the barista.

I was at this Starbucks a week before and was given a military discount for my purchase. Either this Starbucks decided to change their plan within that time frame or I have been lied to.

No drive thru. i wasted time navigating here trying find a starbucks with a drive thru.

I've been here before and it's been alright, but this last occasion was certainly my last. After arriving and waiting in line for 20 mins to order, we finally got our drinks. They were terrible. I hate waste of any kind (especially wasting money), but this coffee was completely undrinkable (and six dollars). Something in the drink was completely expired (milk or espresso, but thats not my job to figure out which, it's the employees....obviously). If you're going to charge 6-9 dollars a coffee, make sure it's at the very least not potentially dangerous to drink!

Nice and private place to grip my hog. My haters didn't send any donations today but when they do i spend it all on this great coffee. Also, lots of absolute goddesses running in and out of this place ?

This Starbucks has a nice atmosphere/ sitting area. The downside is there are stairs to go down and it can get very crowded on weekends (particularly during the soda city market)

My wife and I are grateful for their best barista, Alli.
My wife asked for an off-season drink. Your run-of-the-mill barista would say, “sorry, that’s discontinued until next spring.”

Rather, Alli made her an EXCELLENT alternative beverage of her own initiative.

We love the basement ambiance and lighting. A real downtown Cola gem!

I tried to order online to not encounter with staff but found the option unavailable. As a result, I had to place my order in person. Unfortunately, the barista I encountered was unreasonably rude and aggressive. There was no need for her to speak to a customer in such a manner, especially when we were simply ordering coffee. It's disappointing that this down town location, which generates significant revenue, would allow such poor customer service to negatively impact their business. I hope management will take steps to address this issue and ensure that their employees are trained to treat customers with respect.
