I have only been to Starbucks a few times, so I’m really not comfortable ordering. The really nice barista, named Kat was so patient with me and made a suggestion for a strawberry refresher. I really enjoyed it! My friend and I chatted until closing time, and never once did she make us feel rushed or unwelcome. I really appreciate her customer service and will definitely be back for another refresher!

Came here for a business meeting and was really looking forward to a nice lunch with a drink but unfortunately they were out of the first 3 sandwiches I asked for. Why keep such a low stock? It’s lunchtime in a busy city location, and you’re out of not just one or two items, but multiple items on the menu. In fact, it was a shorter list for them to tell me what they DID have available. So I decided not to get anything, but I bought my fiancé lunch and a drink. When I went to pay, they informed me that they are a cashless location and don’t accept cash. Isn’t that illegal? If you are a business in America, you are REQUIRED to accept cash as it is legal tender. I do have to say that the staff was apologetic and kind, so I wasn’t rude to them, but the company definitely deserves this one star review because of these unacceptable business practices. I’m not going back to this location and will be much less likely to go to Starbucks in the future.

My drink had the right amount of sugaryness.. it wasn't overly sweetened, which is rare of my starbucks experiences. Loved it!

As far as the menu is concerned, a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. However, the best thing about this Starbucks is the location and the staff. Nestled in a basement, you feel like you are going into an old time speakeasy. It is a great atmosphere.

Runs out of regular coffee by noon almost every day and will not make moreOther than not having coffee, it’s a great place. Super cool location, and really friendly staffUnfortunately this isn’t a ‘friendly staff shop’ or a ‘cool location shop’

This location is constantly out of the featured drinks, and it's in a dated, dark location, so I try not to go to it. However, I was in the area and decided to do a quick drink order online. When I arrived at the time the order was estimated to be ready, it was nowhere to be found, so I gave it another 10 minutes before I politely asked if the baristas could check on my order status. Two baristas were standing around, and the third one was wiping down a machine and said she would get my order after I had seen her make the orders of a few customers who ordered at the counter after I had arrived. This location also doesn't call out orders by name - they call out orders by the most vague part of the drink (i.e. an oatmilk chai latte was just called out as "latte"?!?) - so there was a lot of confusion. In the end, the barista just slid my drink as far away as she could from me (I was standing at the bar counter at this point since I had been there 20 minutes), then glared at me, and walked away without saying a word or calling out my drink. At least the drink was up to standard, but needless to say, this still remains my least favorite Starbucks location.

Service is always slow and subpar. They are always out of everything, no matter the time of day you visit. Location is nice and quiet.

9/17/23 - go in for some coffee that morning to get energized for the coming day. Have a short conversation with a barista about calories of one of their shots. After that we as for our coffee. Another barista says they don’t have that. We say ok, what about this (a pike and blonde respectively) they say they don’t have that. We say, ok, what do you have? They then tell us nothing and just give us a blank stare. Thought it was a joke until they finally said they can’t brew anything because they don’t have filters. I thought the girl was having a mini stroke it was high they way she was acting. How about you LEAD WITH “we don’t have coffee” or put a sign on the door. What a vapid waste of space those baristas were. Y’all just go around the corner to a coffee shop that actually HAS coffee. I mean, you have ONE. JOB. how do you run out of filters?

Lot's of staff. Not many customers. Still can't fill orders correctly! Tey can get coffee but they can't remember to get your oatmeal or anything else. But, they certainly make sure the get that tip before they don't get your oatmeal.
