Every time me and my boyfriend go to this Starbucks the drinks are horrible and the wait is over 20 minutes with placing a mobile order. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the drinks taste so different and gross 😕

I come to this Starbucks several days a week. It’s by far my favorite. Chrissy and Anna are terrific and they have a wonderful staff. All are kind, considerate, courteous, and all about great service! They always help me get my day off to a great start!

This is the Starbucks that is closest to my job. It is the third time this week that I order my latte with almond milk and it is given to me with regular milk. I let it go the first time but it’s been too many instances now.

Not sure what’s been going on the past few weeks but the prep times have increased significantly. And that’s even with ordering ahead on the mobile app. A 6-7 minute wait is now 15-20. The location doesn’t help in that it’s difficult to park with the drive thru line blocking spaces.

Friendly staff, delicious hot tea selections at a reasonable price. Atmosphere was inviting and cozy. Overall a wonderful venue for a good cup of hot tea and pastry.

Cyn and her two coworkers (one with curly piggy tails and a young man, this was closing time Saturday September 6) were above and beyond with kindness and excellent professionalism towards our crew! It's a no for me dawg. Just like everyone else be sayin' up in here. Pulled up to this Starbucks and knew it was trouble. Counters lookin’ like a slip-n-slide of rejected beverage parts, drinks dripping all over. Bathroom? Straight crime scene with poop everywhere but in the toilet, pee around the base. Smell had me fightin’ for air, like burnt food mixed with old fish.

Baristas got attitudes on deck, like they mad I even walked in. Whole vibe was off with this store be messy, stanky, and mean.

The Spears Creek Starbucks in Columbia is nothing short of a disgrace. The store reeks, the filth is impossible to ignore, and the atmosphere screams neglect. This isn’t just a bad day or a one-off slip — this is rot that has been allowed to take hold.

The real outrage is management. Where is the district manager and regional folks? Good enough to cash that paycheck but not good enough to do your job! Outrage. Starbucks is a global brand built on consistency and trust, yet here, leadership has abandoned both. All levels of management affiliated with this disgrace of a store are to blame. By allowing this kind of decay, they’ve not only trashed the store but also spit on the reputation of the brand. Customers walk in expecting Starbucks and instead find a cautionary tale of what happens when management stops caring.

This location is a cancer on the community, a black eye on the brand, and an insult to every customer who sets foot inside. Shame on those in charge for letting this embarrassment fester.

While we no longer frequent Starbucks due to their politics and prices, this location is not correctly or carefully mixing their ingredients to be consistent with most Starbucks. And a sleeve should be provided on a scalding cup of coffee. We should have found a 7 Brew...so much better!
