This is consistently the best Starbucks that I visit! The employees are always very friendly and efficient. I rarely have to wait a long time to get my order. I don't usually get food, so I can't speak on thay aspect. But every time I get a drink, it never disappoints! Always delicious! This Starbucks will continue to be my number one! A big thank you to all the employees at this location! ☕️💕

Something happened here recently. Waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Drinks being made wrong. Employees not caring to fix their mistakes. Whatever changed about 2 months ago here needs to be reverted.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I went through the drive thru and ordered a venti iced latte and received a frappe so I informed them it was incorrect and returned it. I then received ANOTHER venti frappe. With this being the second incorrect drink I decide to go inside and return it. The young lady at the front counter asked me what I had so she could correct it and I gave her my order. She rang me up and told me my drink would be out shortly, 20 mins later I finally received my iced latte but I received a grande. I got no refund for the price difference, no apology for the mistake on their behalf, nothing. I was not offered to fix it and make it the right size so I left. I will NOT return here what so ever.

I come here all the time and my americanos are never hot I don’t know what their issue is.
I visit this location because the strawberry refresher is made perfect. Except for today. This drink was horrible and was handed to me with No strawberries and Madison asked for me to take the lid off so she could throw them in at the drive through window. I was floored. In all my visits to any Starbucks all over the states I have not experienced that level of poor service. And No offer to redo my drink. The drink was weak and tasted disgusting. I had to throw it away. Please do better!! This store was one of the Best in Columbia. I am going back to garners ferry location.

Seth was my cashier and was truly the nicest and kind person. Was so considerate when I said I had an allergy. The place was so busy cause it was game day but he remained so happy and treated every customer with respect.
