This location is probably my least favorite location in the midlands area. I went in and was hardly acknowledged in the drive thru. Waited 10+ minutes for my latte that was messed up. It’s crazy because they weren’t even busy on the inside. They did redo my latte, and I’m appreciative but I definitely shouldn’t have had to inconvenience myself for something that costs so much money. The quality of the drink itself wasn’t good either, tasted like gas station coffee. And when I went inside there was personal drinks behind the bar where the barista were working. Yuck.

Cayli was rude and not very friendly I understand Starbucks is busy in the morning time but for her to let a drink sit for 5 minutes twice and do other drinks and then giggle with another employee when I asked her to redo it. Absolutely crazy ! If she can’t keep up with the morning rush which obviously she can’t or doesn’t like her job she doesn’t need it.

Huge shout out to the Barista, Kat. She greeted me multiple times when I came to the counter by my first name. Thanks Kat for being personal and remembering me! Appreciate your outstanding customer service. My job lands me at multiple Starbucks and your service made the difference!
Typical Starbucks location. This is one of the larger varieties with plentybof seating. Service was friendly and drink was made quickly and accurately. The five digit code to enter the bathrooms is a little annoying, but I understand it's likely necessary.

What happened, Starbucks?!
The lady who seemed to be running the place is nasty. Damn, Starbucks. As a former shift supervisor, standards are very very low this location. The lady didn’t get off the phone to help me… but continued her personal phone conversation via Bluetooth headphone the entire time I was there. (I ordered a bag of coffee ground for French press, so it was a several minute convo.)
The other lady wouldn’t even acknowledge me.
You should prob close this location or find it new leadership.
