This place isn’t worth 1 star… I only gave 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. This is the 2nd time I’ve visited this HORRIBLE Starbucks and instead of making my drink that I ordered they made the drink they thought I would want. WHY? Please DONT make a drink for me that I didn’t ask for. Either make what I ordered or tell me you don’t have it. I DONT drink Blonde Expressos. 0 stars It shouldn’t be this hard

What can I say about Starbucks, well a whole lot but I’ll just share a few words because I can go on and on about this place. This time of the year when the season gets cold I can order all the pumpkin coffee drinks I desire. From their speciality seasonal pumpkin lattes, to the impossible breakfast sandwich and cheese danish how can I go wrong! 😆 Thank you Starbucks for your great tasting coffees and scrumptiously delicious foods and desserts! Super friendly staff. Came here for a hurricane because my internet was out. They were drive-through only because they couldn't get enough people in due to weather. They still let me sit outside and use the wifi and even offered me a water while I was out there.

The woman at the drive through this morning (I think she said her name was Leslie but I could be wrong) was an absolute joy and made my morning. I love starting my morning with a smiling face and good food and drinks!
Its not very often that you come across a friendly drive thru employee,,especially at 6am, but the lady who took my order was a joy and brightened my day. The order was perfect and she was great.

The long hair ginger guy and the black girl thats there in the mornings that gives me the hand hearts! Amazing service. They have made my day several times.

Only a few minutes ago, I drove to Starbucks because my mom just had surgery and wanted a coffee. It's cold and pouring down rain so I drove up directly to the window. I was greeted by a young man who rudely just looked at me when he opened the window. I told him that i didn't want to get soaked and asked if he would take my order. He said "well we don't normally take orders at window I said why? He said because they track our orders I said well can you make an exception, my mom just had surgery and wants a coffee. He said normally don't. I said do you want my money or not? He said the money doesn't come to me? I said can you take it or not? He then said okay I'll take it, meanwhile there were 2 other employees and no customers. So I then said I want a Caramel Frappuccino double whipped with almond milk bc of allergies to milk. He Said you still want whipped cream bc it's also a milk product. I said well she usually tolerates whipped cream. So he turned around and was talking to the other employees about me it was obvious!!! I tipped a 1.00 bc I always tip but seriously pure rude!!! If that were my son I'd have his rear-end. Your business should do great being so close to the hospital but nobody will tolerate that level of disrespect. Ty
