I wanna take the girls at Starbucks this morning, August 12 at 6:45 AM. I was interested in trying something new and one of the girls suggested a salted caramel mocha Strato Frappuccino and it is absolutely delightful. It is delicious. It’s got the right amount of sweetness, the right amount of coffee. I wanna thank her so much for whoever introduced me to this district. I didn’t get her name, but I think she had wonderful customer service this morning and she knows exactly how to help a customer. She did a great job this morning and I wanna make sure that she is Aware of how much she helped me this morning.

Learn how to ice an iced americano. All of the ice melts within two minutes. When you add ice to a hot drink the ice will melt, therefore you need to add a lot of ice to make it work. Why havent they learned this?

Drip coffee ordered 15 minutes before closed through app as I walked in door with two people in there and one guy walked in after me. Five minutes wait before they asked me what I needed standing at mobile order pickup. Two minutes later find app order and tell me they can’t do drip want to order something less? Come on. Do better! If you just need a coffee, BP next door is better option.

I only got to try the serene atmosphere and a delicious Chai latte with a shot of espresso, so I cannot comment on the food. But the staff were wonderful and communicative, which I personally can truly appreciate as this is my first Starbucks experience since my return to society after being in custody for 20.4 years. Thank you to the staff here for being so grounded in your common humanity. To some of us, this still means much. 😊

This place isn’t worth 1 star… I only gave 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. This is the 2nd time I’ve visited this HORRIBLE Starbucks and instead of making my drink that I ordered they made the drink they thought I would want. WHY? Please DONT make a drink for me that I didn’t ask for. Either make what I ordered or tell me you don’t have it. I DONT drink Blonde Expressos. 0 stars It shouldn’t be this hard

What can I say about Starbucks, well a whole lot but I’ll just share a few words because I can go on and on about this place. This time of the year when the season gets cold I can order all the pumpkin coffee drinks I desire. From their speciality seasonal pumpkin lattes, to the impossible breakfast sandwich and cheese danish how can I go wrong! 😆 Thank you Starbucks for your great tasting coffees and scrumptiously delicious foods and desserts! Super friendly staff. Came here for a hurricane because my internet was out. They were drive-through only because they couldn't get enough people in due to weather. They still let me sit outside and use the wifi and even offered me a water while I was out there.
