I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha this morning, and while I understand every barista makes drinks a little differently, there should still be some level of consistency. Unfortunately, the last few drinks I’ve purchased from this location—a refresher, a Medicine Ball, and now a hot White Chocolate Mocha—have all tasted off compared to how they’re normally made.

Today’s drink had absolutely no sweetness once it cooled down enough for me to taste it at work. I returned to have it remade, and although Chelsea did remake it, she appeared irritated throughout the process. She handed it back and asked me to taste it while it was still extremely hot. I explained I couldn’t properly taste it because it was too hot at the moment.

When I got back to work and tried it again, it still lacked sweetness and tasted exactly the same as the first one. If a customer brings a drink back and says it doesn’t taste right, I expect at least a clarifying question—“How would you like it?” or “Do you want it sweeter?”—or at the very least some effort to adjust it differently than before. There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to understand what I needed.

Overall, the customer service and drink quality have been disappointing, and I truly hope this location can improve both consistency and communication moving forward.

BEWARE of this Starbucks! I picked up my mobile order and was driving down the road drinking my drink when all of a sudden a felt something hard enter my mouth from the cup lid. I immediately spit up my drink to discover a BROKEN wooden stirrer piece was in my drink. Like just how does this happen?!?!? The response of the person who answered the phone when I called the Starbucks was oh I’m sorry we can remake it. Ummmm I almost could have choked and cut my tongue given the rugged edge of the broken stirrer.

I only used the drive-thru the few times I have been here and it wasn’t an issue. The order was done in a decent time. The staff were pleasant. The environment was clean.

The young lady at the window was attentive. She noticed my ears were tearing due to allergies. She didn't ask any questions but handed me a napkin with a very kind smile, just in case.

And of course my latte was delish.

I Made a quick breakfast run for a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and the customer service was excellent. The young lady at the window held a conversation with me while my order was being made. She even asked me how my day was going so far, which made me feel like I mattered! ❤️This made my day and my drink was well put together! Thank you for an amazing experience!

#starbucks on hardscrabble decides I can’t get a bag for my items this morning I get the same thing all the time sometimes less what’s the problem like I have to walk up 3 flights with a bag full of work stuff a XL cup pocketbook with plus the items of it was a DoorDash item you still have to give the person a bag for their food this really rub me the wrong way when I go here every morning

This location is my favorite Starbucks in the NE area. Staff members are always very courteous and don’t act annoyed if you have special requests. The service is hands down the fastest I’ve experienced for any Starbucks, whether it’s a mobile order for pick-up or you’re ordering in the drive-thru. The quality and consistency of the drinks are also top notch.

Over the past year, we have stopped at this Starbucks every Sunday on our way to church. Every single Sunday they consistently get our order correct, and for my particular order, extra hot. Service always comes with a smile. Thank you to the store associates and management for a consistent and positive experience.
