I am very concerned about the consistency of this location. For 2 days in a row, they have been out of the Turkey Pesto sandwich. We were told 2 days in a row that this is a popular sandwich. If this is true, why not order more? The ice tea was so watered down, it didn’t even taste like tea. Why am I required to ask for a napkin when ordering food? This is a mind boggling question of mine. There should be some quality control standards in place to insure consistent between each location. I am about ready to go to Dunkin.

I have visited this location during 7 AM visits. I usually get Cheese pesto egg sandwich and tall cappuccino with 1 raw sugar sachet in it. They make my drink perfect with 1 raw sugar added and blended into my cappuccino taking away my time of opening the lid, tearing and pouring and stirring sugar. However, TWICE I ordered Egg Pesto cheese sandwich and TWICE it came COLD from CENTER area. When they hand it to me, the packet and bread is warm. But always center part is ICE COLD..! Either their machine is not working as per the standards OR Starbucks Headquarters whoever has decided on warming this sandwich for say example 1 minute has not tasted this sandwich to know it remains cold. So Starbucks headquarters Food Quality control employees should have known this and address the concern. They had sent out survey when 1st time I had this issue. I explained in survey so I thought by now the headquarters would have called this location or sent their Quality Control technician to check food and machine but no. Nothing is done yet and I keep getting same cold sandwich!

First, we ordered two hot lattes with one Splenda each.. this is the way we have been drinking past 5 years! Both coffees they handed us at drive through window were too sweet as if each had 3 packets of sugar! We drove around and re-ordered, once came to window WE RETURNED the coffee and they poured it away in front of us and KICKED THE CUPS TO TRASH! Then they said they only have 7 minutes till closure and asked the amount on card machine.. WE ENDED UP PAYING! RUDE!

I purchased a new cup in hopes of having my drink put into my cup. When I asked the one taking my order if they could wash the cup real quick and put my drink in it he looked confused and said he wasn’t sure then said no he didn’t think he could. He didn’t even bother to ask anyone if that would be ok. I went into the bathroom and used the sink and soap in there to wash my cup and then poured my drink into it. Y’all sell cups in your stores. Y’all preach save the planet and that you’ll put in your cup if you have one. Why would it be so hard to quickly wash the cup so the customer could use it instead of wasting a plastic cup.
Most of the people that I have come across at this location are very nice. I gave the food a four stars because I did not get what I was expecting from the image posted on their menu at the drive-through. I ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich. I was expecting bacon to at least be visible on my sandwich when I opened it up I was very disappointed. I would say the drinks tastes watered down most of the time.

I used to work at Starbucks for many years, at many different stores, in a few different states. This Starbucks is my favorite! I usually order the same thing, and it is consistently delicious! Even when I decide to switch it up, they never miss. I always see Ellen in the window and she is so nice! Everyone I have interacted with is always the best. And not to mention, they are fast! If you’re feeling betrayed by your go to Starbucks. Give hardscrabble a try! They do it right everytime!!!
