This is a good Starbucks! The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Sometimes I wish the drive-thru moved a little quicker, but other than that I have no complaints. It’s a great Starbucks to sit inside of, whether you’re just hanging out or working on something a little more important. Would recommend if you can handle the relatively slow drive-thru lane!

I had the most beautiful experience at the drive-thru this morning, all thanks to Alex. While placing my custom matcha latte order, I could tell she was balancing multiple tasks, but when I arrived at the window, she had remembered every detail perfectly.
What truly blew me away was her unexpected kindness—she covered the drink and simply said, “I took care of it.” I was genuinely moved.
Even more special was our brief exchange. She asked what the “A” on my cup stood for—I told her Ashley—and she shared that her name is Alex. It felt like such a sweet, human moment in the middle of a busy day.
Alex was kind, attentive, and generous in spirit. She turned a regular coffee run into a moment I’ll remember with a smile. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves—because her energy made a real impact.

I used to be a Starbucks goer way back when. I cut back to be more healthier. I'm a smoothie girl. I drink smoothies everyday. My son is bougie and he likes Starbucks. So I've been coming back. Lol. He's 5 and he gets the vanilla bean frappuccino. I get the mocha cookie crumble frappuccino, caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, strawberry and vanilla bean frappuccino. I do espresso shots to wake me up. I'm a busy mom. Lol. I love everything about Starbucks. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. The staff are helpful and caring.
Kid-friendliness: They don't have a kid's menu but you can get smalls for everything. I get my son a small vanilla bean frappuccino. ?
Avoided this store for a long time but decided to give it another chance since it’s on the way to work. They were 20 mins late with my drink today, took 35 mins after I placed the order. I get short staffing, but they don’t have to be extremely rude about it as well. The staff inside make it obvious they do not wish to be spoken to, and will snap at you if you do. If you can’t keep up with the orders, turn off mobile ordering. Can’t imagine anyone that visited this store this morning had a good experience.
