Incredibly well managed, clean Starbucks with friendly baristas and quick service. A huge thanks to Reagan and the rest of the staff who went above and beyond to help me get hot chocolate for a school Polar Express story time. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

The baristas at the drive thru window are often unnecessarily rude (See Amanda’s review on this page, my interaction was with the same worker). There was no one behind me/no busy customer traffic so I don’t see any reason for that worker to have an attitude.

I am so sick of ordering refreshers explicitly stating with water and you incompetent baristas keep making it with lemonade! It’s like you guys are doing it on purpose enough! Do better!!! Almost $8 for a drink that is constantly made wrong absolutely unacceptable!!!!!
Pretzy at the drive through window was fantastic, what a wonderful human being, made our morning and gave our foster pup a great pup cup. Thank you! Now add back support for DEI and we would be regulars here again.

When I began visiting this location I really enjoyed it. However, my last few encounters has been horrible. There is one barista that works there and he is the only one that offers great service. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. There is a tall, light skinned gentleman whom I believe to be the manager TERRIBLE! I recently went through the drive thru, the barista gave herself a 5.00 tip on my card (first mistake was me handing her my card) but when I called back after being notified by my bank of the total the manager seemed as if he gave no care and offered me a gift card. A gift card wasn't what I used to pay for my order. A few times later that same manager rung my order up inside and as the barista prepared my drink I was waiting on my notification of the transaction amount so I asked the manager whom run my order up did my transaction go through and he replied "yes" as he went to lean back on the counter and do something in his phone. Meanwhile the screen still says "please wait" on my side of the register. This led me to believe that had I not demanded a receipt he would have probably added another tip onto my bill. I pass this starbucks and go to woodhill mall starbucks. I'll waste a little more gas for good service

There is a barista here, Not sure her name but she is tall and blonde. Very nice and makes my drinks so fast when she is the one making them. Always have good experiences when I came to this location. One in target, not so much. Prices work for me but are only special occasions.

I would give this location ZERO stars if I could. I’ve never been in any other Starbucks location in the WORLD that treats customers with such disregard. These baristas should be fired or at least retrained and the owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Piss poor.
