we made a mobile order and the drinks came so quickly it felt like it was instant! the workers were also very kind. atmosphere gets a 4 since i liked it more before the renovation but it’s still nice.

I have had baristas be rude to me at this location previously and today I was waiting on a friend to get off work and had to use the restroom but they have a strict customer only policy for the restroom. Thanks Starbucks for making me put my health at risk because I could not use your restroom. Will NEVER return to this location!!

The gal at the drive thru was not nice. She was snippy. No "thanks for visiting" or "have a nice day" I ordered a tall Pike. I tasted it and it had no flavor. There was drips of clear water on the lid. At a red light I pulled over. The coffee was DILUTED! This isn't typical starbucks service or product. So I called to speak with the manager. Ryan answered. I explained how the gal was snippy and the coffee was not the typical black color and that it looked diluted. He did not apologize for the poor service or quality. In fact, he said their coffee machine is "kind of broken" and "has a leak" to which I responded "why are you selling that coffee then?" And his response was "I don't make those decisions " I explained to Ryan I would be giving a very poor Google review because of his response and what happened today. The end...He has nothing else to say. I was contemplating ending my Starbucks habit. This nailed it for me.

The folks that run this store are great! I did an oopsie and meant to order ahead but placed an order for ASAP on mobile. They were very willing to delay it for 45 minutes so when I actually arrived, my coffee and pastry were both hot!
